Very beautiful place, they have zipline also and a kids park to engage kids. The beautiful pine trees are delight to watch. Cottages are also available at reasonable price. Theater is under construction that will be a mass attraction once completed. Very friendly and polite staff memebers, they have maintained the place quite well. One thing to mention is the way the natural beauty of the place is preserved is marvelous..

Nyungu Yamawe is forest park in Kira - Kitukutwe area, about 18 KM from Kampala City. The park offers unique premium locally decorated cottages with open air bathrooms. The park also has big forest set restaurant which had become popular with the residents on kira.

A nice place for the weekend outings especially for nature lovers. The place is a few kilometres out of Kampala, the road to the place is mostly tarmac with a few stretches along the way that is dirt road. Therefore a 2wd can still reach the place. The place looks beautiful but would need a lot of TLC. The roof to the reception area was leaking when it rained, some of the amphitheatre seats are broken, the outside seating requires repair.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nyungu Yamawe, and I can confidently say it is a breathtaking haven for nature enthusiasts. This hidden gem has captivated my heart, the forest trails, meticulously maintained, wind their way through a captivating tapestry of diverse flora and fauna. A place I can always recommend to anyoneπŸ“Œ

A place just a stone throw from the city of Kampala. Located in Kira where you can easily enjoy the nature with fresh air to breath. You relax under the trees enjoying the cool air of the day as your served with a meal of your choice plus the drinks. Generally it’s a great relaxation point where you can have a meet up with friends or a birthday party. On top of that you can have accommodation at the same place. So it’s worth a visit

Spa days are a necessity, not a luxury. Atleast once a week, your body needs a good detox and some massaging for the body to release tension for you to relax. Before the Reggae Night Today, passby our Spa Facility for a quick detoxπŸ§–πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ --- #DDRATNYUNGU #nyunguyamaweforestpark

This is a place to be, if you need privacy and seclusion away from the city with a rural and forestry coverage, good music and company, lots of eats and drinks which are affordable, generally the speaking it's a great idea spending a weekend here. It's located in Kitukutwe after Kira, Bulindo, Kiwoologoma trading centers, the road is easily accessible and well tarmacked.

Great venue for parties and relaxing. Pine trees welcome you to the venue and they set the theme. There is a pond in the centre adds ambience to the whole set up. There is a zip lining activity. All round child friendly venue although caution has to be exercised if you have young children and you are walking around the pond.

Most important information about location is you need private means for a comfortable journey. The road is quite dusty. The stuff are welcoming and deliver services very fast. The sauna and steam are unique πŸ‘Œ. Very beautiful place for photoshoots.. highly recommended.

The nature of the place, natural look of everything, space, privacy wow and the place is I must say adventurous. More activities will keep pulling us back not only to visit but to make it our resting place, the Lake gives you the breath of new air. Keeps you wanting more

Very lovely We were actually just trying to escape the city noise and there it was...a foresty beauty with tender floors perfect for a picnic. Wide spaces, good hiking grounds suitable for camping

Lovely place to spend time with a good novel. Like the forest setting. Will definitely go back with friends. However you have to pay to have a look at the cottages.

A state of the art forest park! A very ideal place for a weekend getaway. With a seating capacity of about 1000 persons in the woods. Camping is also provided for given the state of the art accomodation cottages, camping tents etc. Very cozy, all drinks available at the fully stocked bar, great food and choma. Not forgetting ample parking space with tight security.

If you are ready to chill right in the middle of the forest, this is an out of the box, and out of town creation just for you. It lends a jungle feel, and a mood to party right under the shade of the forest. The cottages are lovely.

Beautiful spot!, the views through the Pine trees are breathtaking, it must have over a thousand Pine trees🌲. Man-made lake is still under construction, so is a 200plus seater amphitheatre. Its just 2km off the tarmac. Entrance is Free, you only pay 5,000ugx to tour the cottages & rest of the establishment, separate from the common barbecue area. Car parking is slightly limited, 20cars max, but it looks like they will be expanding parking space soon.

The food is horrible. And believe me when I tell you that I am not using the word horrible loosely. I do not understand how someone can make such a huge investment and then hire a bad chef. I will never go back.

The African-themed amphitheatre will turn out great upon completion. Nature and the amenities on the forest park complement each other so well. However, in the evenings, some of the revellers and the management openly flaunt the Tobacco Control Act, 2015 and regulations 2019...

Beautiful place to relax but do not use google map (drive) to locate it because you will end up in isolated different place. Better to use contact attached to find the exact location.

The place looks nice but the house was very moldy as you just open the door, our baby actually got sick of that No front deck, no welcome The only human being there are the server at the restaurant Food was ok But not really anything else to do than eating or sleeping Around the pond you have tables, not really any activity We left after 1 night No one to check us in or out anyway I do not recommend. With sone efforts it could be much better.
