    They have the best Rolex but the worst service ever. They took 2 hour from ordering just in process before starting delivery.

    Ordered large spicy stripped beef Rolex Got zero spicy and chunky fat beef or rather no beef. Waste of time and money. Unresponsive waiter and chef after complaints on the spot.

    The food wasnot good. I ordered the BBQ Grilled Chicken Ugaroll. The chapati was eatable but the filling was not appetising. The eggs were not cooked well.

    I actually had a beef rolex with bones, it got stuck in my gum, please try and improve on the service delivery& make Uganda proud

    Love the rolexes but the service is very wanting, and slow and when I tried to inquire, I was completely ignored, you should check your customer service, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

    This place is so nice. The ambiance is good,the rolexes are good and my personal favorite is the beef combo with cheese.they are so tasty. The hospitality too is also good.the orders don't take long too.

👍 We specifically visited this place as we were informed they have the best "rolex" in town. Being a fan of chapati,I can attest that this particular delicacy was super nice. It was nicely done. The customer service is equally very good.
