Usually most service centers are always flooded with people, which means there are long lines, thus lengthy durations of wait. Forest mall service center is very large to accommodate large numbers of people and all kinds of service including repair, mobile money and MTN business. Even with a nearby service center at Lugogo shopping mall, forest mall branch is never flooded, and it's the number MTN service center I can recommend around town. From the main entrance you just walk 30 m straight and find it on your left next to ABSA ATM. In the service center the process seems to work quite slowly and the seats for the customers are barely enough.

poor service,I can never reccomend a new person to them,I wasn't helped when I needed my line swapped and up to now I can't access my mobile money. How devastating. shame!

Due to covid the cue is long. No seating arrangement.. Avarage of 3 hours to get a service attention.. Every one almost look stressed no more customer care smiles.. Short answers with tough face, wasn't like this before

Very clean. Busy but organized. I would have preferred to receive customer care at the entrance from MTN staff than a security guard. The stuff simply acts like you don't exist unless you are right in their faces.

Spacious, courteous staff, prompt to swift service, warm atmosphere, condusive for remote work on laptop as you wait to be served. Tech booth (BugaTech) on top of their game. I will always recommend the Forest Mall MTN service centre.

Not only for this particular place, but MTN should review their Policy of erasing sim cards and as well make it simple for customers to get their sim cards back It's a disgrace that the Agents in different locations have the same power(same work tool(Android Phones)) as Agents at the service center, Technically the Service Center people are unable of doing anything bigger than the small local agents, why are they(MTN) having Service Centers? Just a shame

Went to upgrade to 4G and assistant installed an mtn chat app without my permission then took me to tech supposedly to check my contacts were not on my sim. I got suspicious when he was busy on my phone for 10 mins. Be warned, access to your phone may leave your data insecure. I complained - no response from management.

The Coronavirus restrictions makes it very difficult here. Seems the staff also move things even slower. You got to spend several hours lining outside. I had to abandon my plans of buying Wakanet. How I wish they employ online purchase and delivery like Jumia ... I had to buy from nearby Africell shop.

Place is organized and has ample parking. Resourceful MTN service center located here too.

Place looks neat all the time, though service is slow with most of the tellers absent.
