Going though photos and found this from my trip to Kampala last June. This was the best Rolex I had on my trip. Can’t wait to come back and have one again someday.

Their rolls are nice, but the fries are the highlight!!!!

About 3 years ago, my then boyfriend introduced me to Ugaroll, (oh, that goes for the general term, name of the place and main serving). My first bite into the thick-stuffed half of the beef roll is a moment my taste buds will forever thank me for. It's not your usual shredded beef neither your paper-thin chapati from the 'rolex guy',...this is another level of quality, tasty stuff. I was hooked to the taste, who wouldn't? Next was the Haiwain roll which got me savouring the fruity, veggy, sweet combo loaded with some thick gravy that tends to drip off the other side for the newbies who haven't mastered the art of digging into the Ugaroll. The blended taste of pineapple and some other fruit I couldn't point out was everything I needed. The third order was the chicken roll.....and boy oh boy, this had my elated taste buds grooving to the sound of my dedicated chewing, ...careful with the finger-licking good gravy. Whatever the recipe is, that's God's gift to mankind. The funny bit is that for every order delivered, I am as excited as the one before, COME TO MY BELLY, YOU INVITING THING! That's the anthem for the 20-30 minutes of my order shipping, hahahaha. I have made quite a number of orders, dined a couple of times,.....all my moneyyyy. Well, post Covid-19, things seem to be getting even better, the Ugaroll, Chips and Soda combo is way too tempting! You know the crispy fries you bite into and want to sit straight and thank God for the food, again? That's it. I am done here. Dining Experience The Ugaroll Chicken Club dining space is relatively small compared to the huge number of customers that frequent the place. Sometimes you gotta 'grab' a seat and wait 15 minutes for your order ....last time I dined there with a friend, however, it was not congested....a Saturday afternoon. Overall, great menu, great customer care, the dining space not so much but easily accessible right at the sideline of the Capital Shoppers Parking lot. This roll, the Ugaroll, I LIKE!

Reached in the evening and the queue was long. The seats were few. The staff seemed to have been overwhelmed with orders. The Rolex was nice We got a yummy chicken Rolex and a combo chicken Rolex which came with fries and a soda. The food is fine and good enough for a filling snack.

Great Cappuccino & Sandwiches, fairly quick service.

The quality of the rolls has detoriated, I ordered a roll made with chapati and BBQ chicken, oh Mai the chapati was so thin, the lettuce was stale the BBQ sauce was awkward that it gave me a bad stomach. I wish they could go back to the quality they had when they just opened the business. consistency is key.

Ordered chicken bbq combo , the Rolex was fine but got a handful of poorly done fries, I got the wrong drink as well. The delivery experience is poor better to buy in person where you can cross check your order.

I know our simplest food as Ugandans is Chapatti or Rolex 😁😁 have you tried a ugaroll before, it has a variety of them so go try it.

I've always been told of the sumpsous delicacies Ugaroll chicken club treats it's customers so am eagerly awaiting to check out on it personally.

The rolex is delicious 😋 BUT you guys can delay to deliver eh, I ordered my Ugaroll but 1 hour and a half later, it was not yet delivered. That was not the first time, you guys should adjust!! I know you won’t but atleast i’ve given my honest review.

Yummy rolex. Great twist to the original rolex. I got the chicken barbecue rolex for take out and it was good.

I think its time to sell the brand name to someone who actually cares and knows how to run a food business. Its been years of trying and failing to master customer care.

One of the most tastiest snacks I have had They are swift sitting area is organised although a bit small.

I was served a roll that wasn’t fresh, couldn’t eat it. Terrible service, the people serving didn’t show any sense of customer care and they packed a wrong order for us and didn’t even bother to say sorry when I went back to ask them to change. The hand washing area was dirty, with no soap, and the dust bin next to it was overflowing.

The Rolex was awesome, atmosphere marvelous for a chap chap bite, service perfect 👍🏾

Tasty rolls n meals, relative fast service (10-20mins) depending on ur order. Give them a shot.

Amazing food. Been a while since I last went there but 2 years later and the uga roll is still perfect. I loved the customer service too. If your around ntinda, it's definitely a place to check out for a quick delicious lunch

Very tasty, though slightly pricey. But still worth the money! I had the special chicken George and veggies Ugarolls. A small one is sufficient for a meal, but don't expect to be very full. Detox juice was great too. It was made freshly upon order, and no sugar added.

Ugaroll is becoming worse everyday,your rolls are not as delicious ,this is the second time am being disapointed first it was with their fries ,they look like street fries made with dirty cooking oil .please upgrade and supervise your cooks seems your relaxing too much .Thank you.

They generally have nice Rolex but recently I ordered for a chicken Rolex but it contained beef as well. Anyways it was a tasty Rolex.

If u want a good taste of Ugandan rolex made in style out of tradition... This place offers it all on top of that the traditional Rolex is also available for those who want to taste on of Uganda's treasures that are known to the world and all this can't be replicated nowhere else cause it offers the true and original Ugandan taste of the Rolex as you grab a bite.... So don't hesitate on grabbing yourself one.. 😊😊

It's not bad, though they need alot of improvement on delivery I waited for almost 30mins for a simple order and have a huge waiting line and customer service was poor the lady at the counter seemed not to mind my presence to make payments. The staff need a little bit more of training and team building they clearly lack team work but the food is fairly great and affordable. Though over rated for the taste I got that seems regular.

I love love the Rolex in this place and the customer care is SUPERB. Will definitely come back anytime.
