I like the atmosphere and location

They have the best drinks. I like their blueberry cheesecake too.

The servers give you the most dirty disgusting change that looks like it came from a pit latrine. It was so nasty I had to ask them to open the cash drawer and found there was perfectly clean notes inside with my ballance owed. These petty tip forcing tactics are so pathetic. So nasty look at these notes they tried to give us back! I had to update my review, I made a mistake going back to this place. I Found raw uncooked chicken meat in my shwarma today! If you want to pay someone to give you food poisoning you know where to go.

Nicoise salad. A great interpretation of a classic Mediterranean dish. Really enjoyed the warm, lightly fried potatoes with a generous dollop of tuna fish. Pickled onions added a sweet taste to this delicious salad. Washed it down with a huge glass of ABC: apple, beetroot and carrot 🥕 juice. Excellent, quick service. One point I don't like: I did not ask for a plastic straw. These things are an environmental nightmare and all end up in the sea, then the fish and our whole food chain. Please let's stop using them or use alternatives such as washable metal ones. #foodie #Kampala #diaryofamuzungu

Wonderful experience all round. The sangria was the best I have had in a long long time! 😋😋 The club sandwich was good but the one at Acacia was better. I love the vibe!

Caramel is a very good restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and also BRUNCH. They have really good food and the service is also good. They even have free wifi for their customers to use. The place itself looks good and they also have cake incase you want to buy some. By the way the wifi is very fast and reliable.

A good solid brunch / breakfast spot with good coffee and big breakfast options. I got the Norwegian plate and it was very good! The salad could use some dressing but was otherwise made up of very fresh vegetables.

Great atmosphere, there's a nice area, and then there's a less nice area for casual dining, where I sat. Food is okay, Acacia Mall and Lubowa has better quality. Staff is friendly.

Staff member called Kezia is very disrespectful of her colleagues and definitely to us clients. I witnessed Kezia who was standing next to me abuse the cashier who was working on me at the counter . She was insulting her colleague and used faul language. This is not only unacceptable in any work space but also degrades the business which runs with such careless irresponsible and disrespectful staff. I visted aweek later and unfortunately she was in an exchange about change( balance payment). Its very unfortunate

Delicious food but some drinks don't come as they look like on the menu should really put exactly what you're getting. Loved the background music and the aesthetic definetly going back.

The place looks nice but I wish the services were as good😢…the hostess (Swaburah)is cute though 😌

Service in the morning was quite slow compared to the upbeat responsiveness in the evening. It can be improved. We were left with the menu for over 30 minutes before taking our order and had to remind them to bring the bill 45 minutes after completing our meal.

This is the best cafe to chill in Uganda. The food, drinks and customer service are top notch. The staff are attentive and friendly. The place is clean including the toilets. It’s family friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience some African food with a European twist.
