This hotel is amazing. The owners are lovely people, the facilities are top notch. However the hotel and experience was ruined for us by the rude receptionist who checked us in. She was rude, huffy, left our luggage in reception to take us to the room I actually had to ask for someone to help us with the luggage. She was dismissive not only to me but my husband aswell. We just landed from London and stayed in some fabulous hotels there. But this lady, mid length hair, on duty around 4pm yesterday, just ruined our experience. Even if for some reason you do not like your guests, you don't have to show us and let us know.

Very good location, near Acacia Mall. The rooms are very spacious with comfy beds and a big shower. Service was good - only had slight issue at beginning about paying in dollars. Breakfast is self-serve buffet and is also very good. Would recommend staying here in Kampala!

This boutique hotel is actually a lovely place to stay. The rooms are good and very clean ... there's the terrace where you can enjoy your food and have a good time. It also feels quite safe. For what you'll pay ... it is actually value for money. Highly recommend it. It is also close to lots of eateries, malls, bars. Walking distance literally.

My choice was a last minute one. I needed a room and Millennium Terrace Hotel was right there. The rooms are more of a suite size. 🥳 I did not request any services except at check-in/out. Both were functional. Location? I needed a room, looked across the street, my search was over before it started. From a practical standpoint, it's still a great location near Acacia Mall on Old Kira Rd.

Although the view is spectacular, and expectations were high based on the impressive architecture; I don’t think I could have been less impressed. This establishment is plagued with an incompetent, unprofessional and a woeful management team. Wishing the business luck would be of no help as they will need a lot more than that to improve.

I give them four stars for the friendliness of their employees and the fact that they were supper accommodating for my party but...I request that They find a solution for the houseflies on the balcony... Every thing else is great, good food too

At the moment the hotel hosts the Asian Bistrol one of my favorite places for Chinese or Indian food. The terrace on the top floor is a beautiful place to relax as you also enjoy a beautiful night view of Kampala

Right from the door, when you enter the ambiance is just so peaceful. The lighting, great hopitality and beautiful view at the roof top...top spot for parties

Good service and quality for the price. Breakfast is lacking in variety but again OK for the price. Just make sure the card machine is working when you checkout otherwise you find yourself loosing time and money withdrawing cash from Acacia ATM. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent standard hotel, centric, and they have a really friendly staff, but in the morning, there’s no hot water, and the wifi in the living room suites never works. They have an good rooftop and food too!

We went for a quick dinner there as we were very hungry dint try starters but the main course was amazing with great flavors and must say very fast service

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The service was great all throughout, especially the women at reception who were very friendly and helpful. My room was always clean and had everything I needed. Felt very safe in the location with lots to do nearby. Food was also great in the restaurant and room service. Will be staying again next time I’m in Kampala.

Located on the outskirts of town, it's a cozy tight place, the restaurant offers a view of the street below, looks quaint by night.

Food is really good. I loved it. Prices are friendly. Quality and Quality of food is 9/10!

Sunset time is the best time to visit this place.. food is delicious.. you can find indo Chinese..

The parking is really small to cater for a large number of guests with personal vehicles. The restaurant is small too but the food is exquisite, sumptuous and the waiters serve with a smile. Otherwise,it's a good place to be.

The experience was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had hot water 24x7. They have two restaurants. One on the first floor which is an Indian and Chinese restaurant. On the floor top They have a bar and restaurant with a beautiful sun ser view. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Kampala. They have additional parking space on the opposite side of the road. Staff was very polite and helpful. If is near Acacia Mall which is also a great place for shopping and entertainment.

Most luxury hotel of my 6 in Uganda. Great restaurant and they hosted a wonderful rooftop dinner for our group. Very slow service. Reservation was at 7 and food came at 9:30 but it was very good. Room had a/c and great bathroom and great mattresses. Has elevator. Uber picks up here if you need a ride.

The hotel has a wonderful view of kampala and the Nothern by pass, you should be aware it has a resturant and hotel section as well as indian and chineese foods with different prices

I stayed over night with a friend and we had a woman accident during the night. I called reception but they weren’t able to provide any help. I had to leave early and I didn‘t know that we had to pay for the trouble. My friend didnt have enough money so they kept her as a hostage until I‘d come back and pay. Not even my assurance on the phone that I’ll come and pay made them let my friend go. That manager, who smirked at me when I returned should be let go immediatly! That is not how one should treat a woman in a bad spot, let alone your paying guests.

Patient staff, multiple levels for minimalist functions like birthday celebrations and graduations. Two balconies with great views of kamwokya and Bukoto surbubs, nice eatery with a mini bar and comfortable accomodation at affordable prices. Gets chilly on the balcony at night so grab a sweater if u intend to stay long on the balconies. Simple and pleasant to enjoy anice glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of Kampala's unending days..
