Cheap, Reliable, had a great time with our car. I used book gorilla tours for approximately one month and could not have been happier. We booked a safari Van with driver and 7 Gorilla Permits. Jeremmy was quick to respond to my initial inquiry as well as answer any questions throughout the rental process. The driver they provided was great and I would absolutely recommend them to others. Amazing experience, best rental services in Uganda! We had a great experience renting with Book Gorilla Tours. They offered the cheapest price and best services. Jeremy was very responsible and communicated via emails and telephone, planned our trip to Murchison Falls and other bookings that I did with her. I recommend using their services. David was our driver all along. He drove us to Murchison Falls, did the game drives, and then on a separate trip to Kyenjojo. David is energetic and funny, caring, shares his stories and a good driver. They have a good team. I will definitely use their services next time I go to Uganda.

They were thoroughly professional with the booking, transparent with the prices, flexible with working around our needs and really supportive when we needed additional assistance with our border crossings. Excellent service with Ugandan style We used Book Gorilla Tours for six days during September. We travelled through northern Uganda including the Murchison Falls Nation Park and Ziwa Rhino Reserve on a program we had designed. Our driver Joseph was friendly and knowledgeable about Uganda and a great guide and company on safari. He made us feel comfortable and addressed our queries and hick-ups to our program. The Prado car was well prepared and proved a very cost-effective way to visit areas not on the normal tourist routes. We would highly recommend the driver Joseph and Book Gorilla Tours.

Just hired a rav4 and really happy with the service. Delivered to my door, and the car was great and clean. Its always a worry when travelling, trying to find a reputable company to rent a vehicle from but I cannot recommend this company enough. They offered comprehensive insurance cover, just a photocopy of relevant id and a small deposit was needed. It was an affordable price and the land cruiser was well maintained. I travelled all over Uganda an had no trouble with it at all. I cannot recommend this company enough, the staffs were excellent.

Fast, helpfull and very friendly Decided to go to Uganda 2 weeks before flying out and had to figure out a car for selfdrive and a permit for the gorilla's. After get in contact with Elizabeth she helped me very well with the car, some equipment for camping and the permit for the tracking. Her driver picked me up and brought me back to the airport, a very good service from them. When you have some problems during your trip you can always give her a call, work things out or ask advice. Beautiful country Uganda and Reliable Company Professional and reliable company. First of all the guys of the customer service are very quick to answer in detail all your emails. We rented a Land Cruiser with the roof top tent and everything was perfect. From the car to the camping equipment they provided us with. You won't miss anything at all. They also provided us with the Bradt guide which was way better than our Lonely Planet one. They are supportive during the trip until the end of the trip. Absolutely recommend!

I submitted a detailed itinerary which we followed extremely well despite unexpected difficulties. I was able to plan most details of the Rwandan trip online in advance. The company was very supportive of my choices and did all in their power to fulfil my requirements. I booked my accomodation on line myself and had one or two issues here. In hindsight it probably would have been better if I had consulted the Safari Company about the accomodation. The driver was also able to help with unexpected emergencies, such as when one of my expensive walking boots needed repair, location of good restaurants on the way, forex locations etc; and also when I proposed going to a place not on my itinerary and not identified until the day I arrived. He talked to locals, got directions and the change of itinerary went without a hitch. The vehicle was in good working order and caused no problems.

Safe, Reliable, and Friendly Driver and Car Service I rented a driver and car to drive up to Moyo and it was wonderful service that David provided. He was friendly and accommodating as well as prompt and timely, and most importantly he was a very safe and good driver. I felt comfortable the entire time we were driving. As we were travelling on extremely bad road conditions we did end up with a flat tire but David managed it with professionalism, humour, and no stress. And I very much appreciated how capable he was with handling the problems when it arose. We were in and out of refugee camps a few times and David did wonderful at navigating and being able to return to areas we had only been guided to once. I felt well taken care of through the entire trip. Overall he was a perfect driver and I would be very happy to travel with him again in the future. Absolutely wonderful experience - would recommend to all who visit Uganda We booked a 9 seater van with a driver for a week to travel around Uganda. We started in Kampala for two days, then went to Mbale and Soroti, including a day trip to Kaberamaido and then to Jinja and back to Kampala. The best thing about the company was our driver, JOSEPH, who was wonderful. He was punctual, well-mannered, polite, kind, flexible and helpful. He was happy to accommodate all our needs including when we wanted to stay out rather rather at night or go to obscure locations. He made us feel safe and ensured our comfort at all times. Please do ask for him if he is available. He was like a family member for us over the course of the week. The company itself was excellent. Elizabeth was easily contactable by email ensuring that we had no worries prior to the holiday and that all our questions were answered. We were travelling in a big family group and were all very happy with the service in every way and highly recommend it to all visiting Uganda.

5 Days double gorilla trekking I visited volcanoes national park and proceeded to bwindi national park. They called the tour double gorilla flying. At early stages in planning my tour, i didnt know how to work it alone. But with help of phionah, i was advised to do double trekking. The organization was very good, my tour guide Rauben was very good and ronie arrived in time to bring us new car. Thanks book gorilla tours. I would highly recommend this company
