It's a beautiful place, great customer care. The security guy at the gate on Easter day was very welcoming. Great security at night. Swimming pool and accommodation were fabulous. Kitchen was great...the stir-fried fish is a must to try out. Was served by Joseph, very kind and professional waiter. All team worked hard despite so many guests. Only negative side was that too many young people accessing Residential side of hotel to take selfies. Management should strictly restrict access to Residential Areas for Non Residents. Also Room 210 requires some serious plumbing repairs to avoid water flooding in the entire bedroom. Also the balcony glass for Room 210 is missing making it very risky especially for kids to access the balcony. Room 206 requires fixtures for the autolight switch. Add a few balcony chairs and plants to the balcony. Overall I give an 85% satisfaction level. Keep it up.

The best fish I’ve had. Delivery takes quite a while though, maybe 45minutes - 1 hour. Security guard at the gate with a very nice accent was so respectful, welcoming and eloquent.😃However, the quality is worth the wait. Great cocktail juices.

The food was incredible. It surely had a great taste to it. The pizza was my favorite. The deejay's taste in music was also top notch. He knew when and what to play the whole time . It's a great place to visit more so for families and celebrations because it's spacious too.

This hotel is located off Entebbe Road, branch off at Nneebalamye Mayanja on Busawula Road. You drive for about 1.2KM {Opp. Seguku High Sec. School} and then you branch off for about 0.8KM then you will be there. They've a secured parking space, nice clean swimming pool, well stocked bar and restaurant and the sitting arrangement is Kawa. It's worth a visit with your family and friends. I love their security guard at the entrance. Love his American accent, the respect he accords the guests while carrying out his cardinal duty of checking vehicles etc. He's a professional guy working with passion and kindness. Keep it up

La Vena is a wonderful place, perfectly tucked away from all the city noise. I mostly appreciated the staff and service quality. The gentleman with a slightly foreign accent at the entrance makes you want to visit the place on a daily because of his professionalism, friendliness and wit. Nice hotel very spacious. Modern Buildings and Rooms. Waiters friendly and quick to attend to guests. Classic swimming pool. Only setback is the community access road 500 meters from the main.

Too far from road and the security is mean... Tough on customers..... Innocent could not let us in yesterday because we were not in closed shoes.. .. They don't have customer care... Mostly the security 😅

I had dinner here last night, and it was excellent. I had a vegetable quesadilla and the food was very good. The people are very friendly. The service is excellent and the prices are very good. I highly recommend this place.

It has alot of different noise with Askari's that check you till you remove everything from the bag and that's when they are sure you're safe to enter . Waiters are very clean and welcoming plus the receptionist I found was very nice . My problem was at the gate that treated us like thieves and the noise

Great place with a lot of noise. If you want to stay you stay only if you want to. That is not a place to stay unless you are an offspring of decibel. But the food is excellent. Pizza is one of the best around there. Cordial staff. If u want to eat ....good decision but spiced with a lot of noise... If you want a pleasant stay you better look for a quiet place in bless u are a part of the noise.

Super nice hotel. Tvs in the room have access to streaming apps, which is great. Hot showers with great pressure. Big breakfast in the morning. It's a little far from most things in Kampala though.

I was there for a workshop so I could not rate the room. I appreciate the service and the food. Not the best location and accessibility was not great as well, but the place is beautifully designed.

This is hotel should be 5 star. I really impressed with the location, amenities, hotel gardens, compound, security, always smiling staff, very friendly and peaceful and welcoming. Apart from the poor state of the drive way to the Hotel,from the tarmac highway, the hotel is quite gorgeous and friendly for Party hosting. The meals and services are quite good.
