There rooms are just excellent. I loved it

Stayed for more than a week. Service is ok, staff friendly, standard entertainment...TV with a few channels. In town centre and market place. Air Conditioning in every room. Very pocket friendly. To access hotel the climb is terribly tiring and can't be avoided. Wifi not strong enough and will keep disappearing if your room is too far from reception. Honestly I can't complain. It's better than most small hotels in town.

Stayed there three nights September 2018. Location: Mediocre. Surrounded by cheap and very crowded markets. Room standards: Very high for the price (I paid 40.000 UGX/night). E.g. A/C, hot water and very clean as it's newly renovated. Staff: excellent. Drawbacks: It's situated on top of a mall. You'll need to climb four stories to get to the reception and another two flights if you get a room numbered 200 and onwards. The manager could use a crash course in customer relationship. But if you can avoid him, live with climbing all those stairs and staying in this crowded area, it's well worth it.

You will have to go through busy Kampala streets during the day, many stairs to access the hotel. The rooms are clean with good comfortable beds, good lighting in the restaurant and nicely decorated. There's a conference space
