poor service, bad food, expensive price, bad environment. ordered 5 set bbq buffet but only serve 2/3 set of appetizer, when we go refill, the indian staff keep staring at us. the lightning is dim. service very slow, only 2/3 staff serving customer. sausage include in the bbq buffet set out of stock but didnt inform before we order, only tell us its out of stock when we ask when will serve sausage😑 EVERTHING IS POOR, NOT RECOMMENDED.

4 gentlement dine in for buffet, order 3 set of meat, but being rejected. Upon ordering, wait at least 20 mins and more for food to come. Service extremely slow! Vegetables was served unfresh.

Very bad experience, the Indian woman keeps staring at us with unpleasant attitude. It makes us feel very uncomfortable. Put my hands up for almost 5 minutes, the Indian woman infont of me act like she didn't see me. Until the only Chinese girl see me and come to ask me what I need. The only good thing is the Chinese girl. She serves us all the way and also other tables. The Indian woman just act busy all the time, walking here and there, doing something unnecessary. The most irritating part is, when the Indian woman want to change the steel BBQ net, she juat stand there, say nothing. Only when we ask her if we need to clear the meat down for her to change, then she only nod her head. The meat we get is very small, ask for 5, we only get 1 thick and big, the rest are just small and very thin. We've asked for refill few times and everytime we get the same result, 1 big and rest are small. Really not recommend you guys to eat here and I hope the Chinese girl can find a better job.

We ordered buffet set and waited for 30minutes and served nothing to us in a non busy hour (Only like 3 tables are occupied with few people). Hello.. buffet set needs to prepare what? Only charcoal right? Other ingredients can just serve raw. But why take so long? Nobody explained to us. Overall a bad experience.

Overall, a good restaurant. Price is reasonable, food is good, though, the BBQ fire went out a bit too quickly. Nevertheless, the service was great, when we asked for help they would immediately help us. One of the staff (Francus) came and helped us even when we didn't ask.

The service of their staff is excellent, especially the handsome guy named Francus🥺🥺. When my barbecue was hot, he quickly came to help. The food here is also super delicious, and you can refill unlimitedly. super recommended!!!

First thing: The price is only RM39 net. Which other restaurants might advertise as RM34++. For this price, you get unlimited servings of pork belly, chicken, chicken sausage and enoki and bumeji mushrooms to BBQ; and a small selection of cold side dishes and drinks self-service buffet style. For our family of 4, the meats were decent. The pork belly had some distinctly porky smell, but hey, it is pork; kids loved the chicken and sausages; and kimchi was nice. Service was good. Some reviewers complained about an Indian lady waitress. We also had an Indian lady waitress. She was nice and polite and efficient. You are supposed to order refills for the BBQ online. At first we couldn't get our phone to work, so she pleasantly took our order manually and came back quickly with extra pork belly and sausages. After that, we ordered more refills with our phone - pork, chicken, mushrooms. All came quickly. And yes, as some reviewers mentioned, the charcoal fire is not strong. So, don't go if you are in a hurry. Go when you have time to chit-chat with your family/friends while the food sizzles slowly. Also, the smaller fire means it is easy to cook the food without burning it. The restaurant gives 2 hours. The extractor fans above the BBQ work very well. No smells on our clothes or in our hair when we left. Overall, this place offers great value. RM34++ (the way I look at it) for a meaty meal in a clean, air-conditioned restaurant with good service.

The staff are friendly but the service is really slow. Four of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we ordered 3 different sets plus an additional white rice. All came separately with long interval. The white rice took forever to reach us, despite reminding them multiple times. It came in last. My son favorite side dish ran out before 7pm. That is a put off. However, I have to emphasize that staff are friendly but the overall ordering experience is bad. Do get a proper F&B consultant and check out solutions such as Xilnex.

I have been coming here since it opened last year. Had low expectation because I despise the other only Korean Barbeque joint here in Kampar (Han Brothers) but has surprisingly exceeded expectations. I dine here regularly almost at least once every month as a reward because eating here feels rewarding to me. First of all I have been through the numerous menu overhauls that this restaurant has made and was intrigued but did not question much about the approach as all the varying price structures all seem reasonable to me. I am even more so satisfied with the current setup of self service refills, as previously when I ordered a the bbq set it would also come with all the sides I dislike so kudos to the availability of choices and freedom. The beverage they provided besides the soft drink bottles were surprisingly good though not consistent as the ice lemon tea may be overly bitter sometimes but I am glad that it is not the powdered variant. Prices are too reasonable even for me as a uni student, after the menu overhaul I would come with my partner almost twice every week. For the service I do not have much demand especially with the “looks” as I feel that all the staffs are human too and I doubt all of them have rigorously went through true professional service etiquette course. They do their job though I seldom get slow service from this restaurant despite many reviews that have noted this. Overall personally the banchan here are satisfactory, I especially love the garlic spinach but I do wish that there is always ready to serve plates of sesame oil and salt plates at the self service station as it pairs well with everything. Overall love the new structure and hope the business flourishes. Thank you Daehan KBBQ for the experiences.

Not worth and not nice to eat. Even the pork belly still have fur on it..the price quite expensive better eat mookata. KL korean bbq buffet only 25 to 38/pax with unlimited water to choose , steam egg refill and many more most importantly it taste so goood compare to this one..

I'd understand if some of your product were out of stock near closing hours, but out of stock at 8pm for a buffet? people were just starting to walk in and you are already running out of stock? what kind of buffet restaurant is this?

Super super love! Although right now their menu is quite limited due to kitchen staff shortage, the food that's available is still super good. But you need to pick the right things la - pork belly, pork stuff is good. Just a heads-up, personally don't really like the beef :( nor did I like the eggs. Anyw, this place tastes good not just in Kampar standards but just in general BBQ standards n I have been to a lot of Kbbq places ok!! Not just that, PR Boy Kimi is a super good staff!!! Been back 3 times and Kimi is amazing at taking care of his customers! <3 also the pricepoint is super worth it so must come!!!! 10/10

Asked the service crew to add-on side dish, but they told me “cuz u’re 2ppl but only ordering a single set, so u can’t get to add-on again” Srsly it’s kinda funny to hear the respond😃

Bad service, if alr out of stock, why don’t inform customers first. Then, if the customer never come b4 then don’t know how the menu works, then why don’t explain to customers, just shake head???. How the customer know what do u mean
