The
Chinese
girl
at
the
counter
was
extremely
rude.
I'm
not
a
regular
at
Mixue.
Out
of
the
blue
I've
decided
to
have
one.
Queuing
isn't
a
problem
to
me.
But
this
rude
girl
expecting
me
to
memorise
the
menu
IS
A
PROBLEM!
I
ordered
a
Mi-Sundae
not
knowing
that
I
can
choose
the
flavour
(the
wording
on
menu
is
SOOOOOOOOO
small
👀👀👀)
But
for
someone
in
the
service
line,
I
believe
she
should
ask
which
flavour
I
want,
instead
of
saying
"what
you
want"
rudely.
During
payment
time,
I
asked
if
they
accept
card,
she
said
NO,
only
cash
or
QR.
So
I
tried
to
open
my
grab
app
but
line
was
slow.
SHE
SAW
THAT
IT
WAS
LOADING
and
I
don't
think
telco
being
slow
is
my
problem.
In
the
process,
she
slammed
the
card
machine
few
times,
poking
it
hard
and
repeated
these
actions.
Then
when
my
grab
finally
loaded,
she
slammed
the
card
machine
and
said,
YOU
SAID
YOU
WANT
CARD??
I
said,
you
said
no
card?
She
replied,
I
said
we
accept
card.
Seeing
the
queue
behind
me,
I
waived
my
card
immediately
but
she
slammed
the
machine
another
time
after
I've
made
my
payment.
To
me
this
is
a
TOTAL
NONO!!!
You
are
in
the
service
line,
you
expect
your
customers
to
memorise
the
menu,
you
mentioned
the
wrong
payment
methods
available
and
you
were
so
rude
to
slam
the
card
machine
again
and
again
in
front
of
me.
YOU
WERE
SO
RUDE
THAT
YOU
MAKE
ME
WANTED
TO
SLAP
YOU
ON
THE
SPOT!
If
you
are
the
boss
reading
this,
PLEASE
GET
RID
OF
THIS
STAFF!!!!
She
is
definitely
NOT
for
servicing.
I've
never
felt
so
offended
in
my
life
that
i
would
write
a
bad
review
here!
THIS
IS
THE
WORST
EXPERIENCE
EVER!!!
DEFINITELY
WONT
RECOMMEND
THIS

AND

BE
