Went here to watch movies multiple times. The environment here is nice & clean. Seats are comfortable and the staff that checks the tickets are friendly. However, sometimes when I went there, the room of the aircond is not on or just turned on. Next, if you wanna watch post credit scene, this place is definitely not a place for you to do so. I have encountered a skinny, small body, wear glasses, Indian aunty, where she would kick out the customers while we're waiting for the post credit scene which is disrespectful. I never knew that we aren't allowed to watch post credit scenes anymore. If so, truly recommend the cinema not to show movies that have post credit scenes.

Overall experience was ok but can be better. Environment: 1. Leather seat, comfortable & spacious leg space. 2. Temperature in hall was ok, not too cold and not too hot. 3. Audio system can be better - sound played was too low, can hear other people talk in the hall, and they are not talking loudly. 4. Screen and hall was kindda small for the price of RM16 per adult Ticketing: 1. One adult ticket was RM16. Flow to buy ticket was good, can pay with e-wallet, credit card & debit cards. 2. Could not buy ticket from website, need to walk in to buy ticket Food 1. There’s ice cream vanilla & chocolate which you can bring inside the hall but I couldn’t try it - ice cream was unavailable. 2. Popcorn tasted like they bought cheap popcorn somewhere else and just heat it up. Did not taste like the ones from TGV and GSC. Was disappointed with the popcorn. Large combo ( 1 Large Popcorn & 1 Medium Drink) was about RM16. 3. Sweet Corn was RM4.50 - also disappointed with the taste, maybe can improve using better butter. The current butter they are using tasted like margerine. Didnt taste the salt and condensed milk too. Staff was friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ample parking space ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New and better of the 2 cinemas in Kampar. Good sound system. Good service. Unfortunately, floorings is of same color making it difficult to watch the next step going down cinema hall/ front door steps.

If you are allergic of crowd, you can go here. Peaceful environment. A fresh feel as the theater still new. Staffs are friendly. Much recommended.

Good place for movie, have easy access car park better than the other cinema at oldtown. Happy can bring my dad for the movie. Its suitable for elderly peoples as well because have escalator. Highly recommend to others to bring along elderly parents for a movie sometimes.

Turn on the light and chase customer out from the hall when the movie about to end, which not allow to watch post credit scene, very disrespectful staff.we pay money to watch full content of the movie right?

The place very nice and cools due to not many people watching movies. I went there twice to watch movies with my kids like we book the hall. Can take photo where there is no people.

if you watch normal 2d, it's ok. I bought an ATMOS ticket. I can't hear any 3D surrounding sound effect. I don't know if it's the movie or just the hall. I am not buying any ATMOS in this cinema.

I Went to watch Spy family on 1/3/24 8:50pm. Not sure why after a while the aircond was switched off until the whole movie end….. it was like so hot inside…..(small hall) Update on 2/3/23 i went to watch Kung Fu Panda 4 at hall 2 . The aircond is just right and the seats are comfortable. In short, maybe watching movie in their big halls will have a better experience.

Was watching Deadpool and Wolverine on 25 July at 8:30 pm session, incredible movies but terrible experience. A couple of guys came in to take a seat and straight off pushing my arm off the handles despite I took a very little place to rest my arm. Not to mention the guy kept talking throughout the movies, shaking the chairs trembling mine as well, and the stinking smells. For a second I thought of walks out the cinema because it was so terrible that it's disgusting.

Ok been here a few times now and I really love the convenience of the location for me. Secondly I enjoyed the Alien Romulus movie so much I thought I'd watch again when I went to Ipoh parade and actually realised that the sound quality and picture lighting is better at this cinema then the other bigger brand cinema in Ipoh parade! However there are a couple problems that could be addressed here to make this cinema a 5 star place. 1. Please don't immediately turn blinding lights on and have someone standing there eagerly wanting customers to leave as soon as credits roll. Let us take our time and make our own way out. 2. Make sure Aircon is on atleast 10minutes before customers enter screens. I will of course continue supporting and hope this place is financially successful as its super convenient! **UPDATE** We visited again today and Aircon was turned on plus nobody rushed us out! Can't wait to visit again!!

Yummy ice cream n snack. Popcorn chicken is my kid’s favourite.. kids hall is amazing. Kids played happily while the mom fell asleep on the cozy bed 😂

The theater itself had a nice atmosphere, clean, comfortable, and perfect for watching a movie. However, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. After the movie ended, my friends and I took a moment to process it, but the ticket lady rudely said, “Movie finished, that’s all the story.” It felt like we were being rushed out. A polite reminder would have been nicer. This took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Weirdest experience ever. Almost at the end of the movie the screen suddenly stopped working and stayed blank for the rest of the movie.
