    Good customer service. Helpful, friendly and professional. If you have ever been to Danish house front desk, you will see an obvious difference where KT management spend their money on maintaining every single units under them while danish house spend more money on their office staff. For example, most of the units under KT management have filtered water and washing machine while Danish house doesnt have one. The tenants need to send their laundry to a centre house on a particular day to wash and they will help you to fold your clothings. (may not be flexible as only a day in a week but good for busy or lazy students) Also, KT management technician is helpful and professional. I still remember once my door is locked and came to my unit in about 10 minutes after call and help me to repair a new one. HOWEVER, they are strict and not flexible for the parcel taking session. I still rmb I want to have my parcel early (15 minutes before the taking time) they claimed that if I take it early this time, they will not be helping me to sign and receive any parcel. Guess what I TOOK. Because that is really important and emergency document. Which thats the last time I ask them for a help and move out. (due to personal issue not their prob) Anyways thanks for serving us.

    I rent from KT for 4 years in Kampar. What I feel great is the professional, friendly, and prompt services provided whenever i need their assistance. That's why I rented for my whole 4 years of uni-life at there. Also, no hidden costs incurred! A good choice to you guys :ļ¼‰

    As a tenant for more than five years, I enjoyed staying under one of the student hostels. Staff are highly responsive and friendly, facilities are well equipped, security is ensured, and distance to both university and town is acceptable. Would definitely recommend fresh intakes to opt for this management when arriving Kampar, Perak.

    Bad responsible management. They got one technician to handle all the problems. so, tenants need to wait to fix the problem. I got a water issue in my room, they came after 4 days to fix it. I have asked two times, They say that they have a lot of problems in their houses . They will ask for time to settle the problem but tenants should pay their bill before 7th every month. Money is important for them, not the tenants' service.

    No technician for fix internet problem, they got one technician for fix water problem and electricity. very bad internet connection now days. most of time no internet for full house. Management say just use own mobile data. very poor management

    Good Job KT Management and teams...! I very satisfied with the services you provided..High efficiency in solving troubleshooting room issue... Bi-Weekly housekeeping of common areas... Also provide service by helping tenants to receive parcels.. the most important one : you provide us with UNIFI ! Keep up the good work !

    Staying at KT Management for the past three years, although it's not a 10/10 perfect, it has consistently provided me with good service and a comfortable stay, I can say I had a great experience .Common area always well maintained, clean and cozy; making it a place I genuinely appreciate. A special thanks to the KT Management team for their timely reminders sent through email and displayed in the tenant portal regarding check-out information, becuz I am now graduate so these reminders have been incredibly helpful and have saved me from missing important application deadlines, hahaha! Lastly, Aidos Kampar!

    The worst decision that I trusted this useless management, booked several times for fixing the wifi issues, they just directly ignored your messages, and done nothing for the issues, even though you go to their office and ask them to fix it and they just answered you with "perfunctory answers", and sitting at their office and pretend nothing happens. To everyone who want to live in westlake area, I prefer you go find a private owner rent house rather than management, otherwise they just kidnapped you with the contract and forcing you to stay in this RATS CLUB.

    Folks if you are not one million percent sure you wanted to stay in this dirty place, please stay away because once you do cancel anytime all your booking deposit and utility deposit will be burn to ash.

    its been 52days asking for my rental deposit refund first they said need to wait for 30 working days and when its over 30 days and they said accually need 45 working days until now its been 52 days and I still not yet receive my refund
