customer
service.
Helpful,
friendly
and
professional.
If
you
have
ever
been
to
Danish
house
front
desk,
you
will
see
an
obvious
difference
where
KT
management
spend
their
money
on
maintaining
every
single
units
under
them
while
danish
house
spend
more
money
on
their
office
staff.
For
example,
most
of
the
units
under
KT
management
have
filtered
water
and
washing
machine
while
Danish
house
doesnt
have
one.
The
tenants
need
to
send
their
laundry
to
a
centre
house
on
a
particular
day
to
wash
and
they
will
help
you
to
fold
your
clothings.
(may
not
be
flexible
as
only
a
day
in
a
week
but
good
for
busy
or
lazy
students)
Also,
KT
management
technician
is
helpful
and
professional.
I
still
remember
once
my
door
is
locked
and
came
to
my
unit
in
about
10
minutes
after
call
and
help
me
to
repair
a
new
one.
HOWEVER,
they
are
strict
and
not
flexible
for
the
parcel
taking
session.
I
still
rmb
I
want
to
have
my
parcel
early
(15
minutes
before
the
taking
time)
they
claimed
that
if
I
take
it
early
this
time,
they
will
not
be
helping
me
to
sign
and
receive
any
parcel.
Guess
what
I
TOOK.
Because
that
is
really
important
and
emergency
document.
Which
thats
the
last
time
I
ask
them
for
a
help
and
move
out.

to
personal
issue
not
their
prob)
