I'm really satisfied and felt comfortable wth my friends..We can stay until 11.00pm

Came today ( 14 May 2023 ) around 5.30pm. Every seatings inside occupied mostly by students studying. We end up going to Secret Recipe. You cannot earn more sales when you let students study there. Order a cup of coffee and sit for hours. Weekdays, during office hours is acceptable but on weekends?

Casher need to know formula, cup size follow shots only, I order Venti, lagi mahu charge me extra shots, tells me Venti ice 2 shots only. But luckily help me adjust back to 3 shots, okay la. Secondly, the shots expired liao. My drinks taste so weird and bitter, either due to pull shot then left so long or Shots Calibration maybe also got run

I've been here for a few times, most of the times their beverage were fine. But there were two times I felt disappointed. First time: Ice Blended Green Tea Latte - The ice was coarse. Second time: Iced Hazelnut Chocolate(as shown in the photo) - There was a very strong medicine chemical taste that overwhelmed the chololate taste. I felt like I was drinking a whole cup of medicine.

Most frequented joint to grab my Frappucino. Service is friendly and professional. Atmosphere is what one would expect from Starbucks - a chill zone.

Not much to say but another starbucks. Definately can't be average. 😀

Unwelcoming service and dine in coffee served in paper cups. I prefer now to go the Coffee Beans and Tea Leaf next door which has more welcoming staff and coffee served in a mug.

Bad service. I need to make a account just to log in to this free wifi. What an inconvenient thing!And I made an account, and then it tells me log in failed. And the stuff got me the wrong drink. Ask for chocolate, gave me Mocha. And this cost me double price of whatever other shops offered. I am joining the boycotting movement now. No more Starbucks. I got wrong drink here for at least four times already! Management, ask your worker to repeat customer orders.

Management, please ask your workers to repeat customer order. W+f . I ordered 10 times I got 4 times wrong drink. Zero training for workers?

The handsome guy who made this coffee for me yesterday was so tasty and nice He is so kind didn’t get his name but his at the counter.

Price is nearly the same at every Starbucks. What counts is the service and store cleanliness. 5*

I met great staff here. When I ordered a caramel macchiato, the thoughtful staff helped me to order in promotion set!!

it only open at 10. i visited the outlet last weekend. was the first on the line. got my drinks after 2 other persons who came after me got theirs. very disorganized and unprepared despite the fact that they open later than other outlets. i was not in a good mood since i didn't have my coffee hence the 1 star review. do better!

I just had the worst cup of matcha latte from starbucks tin village kampar branch. My sister ordered 2 matcha latte with customized soy milk for take away. The journey from kampar new town to old town took less than 15 minutes and guess what… the matcha latte taste nothing, just similar to matcha powder added water! I got to know from my sister the branch was full house today but this should not be the reason for your staff making such mistakes.

Cozy area, clean place and friendly barista, explained how the menu can be taste better. Just faced a little problem with my drink being too wasted for my last visit. Not exactly like how it should be.

Terrible service, asked for a take away package and they didn’t prepare for it. When I request upon collecting my drinks, they asked to queue up again(there is long queue) to pay for the RM1 packaging.

Don't sit outside if you dislike loud music because inside the center, loud music are playing and very noisy.

The place was easy to find. The staff was friendly. She took effort on explaining and even give some good suggestion. The menu as good as it is.

Closing time is 12am for Saturday as mention. But when I visit the shop at 10.52pm, the door is lock and close. Is very disappointed.
