Regret choosing this place for our gathering. Utterly disappointed with the service given by their staff. If I can give no star, I'll be very happy to score 0 star. No proper instructions from the staff regarding the waiting time and we need to wait about 2 hour to get our not so tasty food. One of our staff till the end didn't get the food and she end up buying food from different restaurant. Rude staff, question us back why we come in a group for lunch because they all not get use to it. We even need to self service to bring food to table. PLEASE GET A BETTER MANAGEMENT.

Hungry don't come. Upsize drink finish, food not yet come. Roti pun tak tahu masak. Price up food portion cut. Photo great, taste so so. Not comfortable to stay in dinner. Luckily, staff well trained. OTWC out of standard. Not recommend.

It was a dinner peak but the restaurant only occupied with 2-3 tables. This wasn’t supposed to be a matter to me. However, the food took 30-40 min to serve and still served the wrong food. Keep mixing up with other table’s food. Ordered 4 toast ice cream plate, 2 plate was served in 20 mins. And forgotten the other 2. Small roti sandwiched with ice cream but like went to Ipoh to get the bread. People at the counters and kitchens keep talking, didn’t demonstrated some sense of urgency or serious about being a server at the front line. I got my coffee served within 15 min but my main dish (noodle) served in 40 min. I requested to replace my coffee since it cold, the serve offered to reheat my coffee, OMG, wondering what is the taste of reheat kopi O. The Old town coffee is the name. Do you really want to practice an old pak yob gerai kopi’s way? If you price is gerai’s price tag, I rest my case.

It's bad 🤣 I didn't even know where to start. Food is the worst in White Coffee standard, drinks would give you Type 2 diabetes, and the service is not worth mentioning (incompetent floor manager). Horrible dinner experience.

As a student, I truly appreciate their affordable set meals and 'Menu Rahmah,' which make dining here budget-friendly. Very bad! I ordered two cups of coffee ice and a cup of cham ais . But since they didn't mark the species, I couldn't tell them apart. Probably because they were about to close at 8pm ,so they casually complete the order. And they refused to answer the call from customer before 8pm. Will not to visit their store at Kampar anymore ! Really bad Experience!

Services good but good taste odd, ordered steam ginger chicken rice, very salty, they replace with so called freshly made but it taste as they add water to dilute the saltiness and steam it back. Me and my colleague ordered the same food, both felt the same. It's a premium outlet with such service, I rather go for claypot rice which taste heaven in Kampar.

Work too slow although a lot of staffs. Don come if u not prepare to wait 1 hour, even drinks also took 1 hour to prepare.

I bought this nasi lemak with chicken fillet but the chicken tastes like it has gone bad. It even *looks* like it has gone bad, you can see it. I'm not even a good cook YET I can tell. How can a restaurant does not know that? I don't even know why this business still gave it to customers. This is not the first time, I have experienced this before. But I bought them using food delivery so I can't even ask for a change. It's usually the chicken, and sometimes also the shiitake mushroom and the potato curry (for different menus). The noodles are fine, other menu are fine. Serving food that has gone bad to customers, do you guys want food poisoning cases? Do you want to be sued for that? Please take your food quality seriously, that's the most basic thing for a restaurant. Take care of your basics, make frequent quality check up, learn how to preserve the freshness of the ingredients longer, or figure out how much stock you should keep per day/week so you don't have to choose between suffering stock losses or feeding customers bad food, etc. Food quality is what keeps your business going, so prioritize it. If maintaining food quality is hard for you to do, either you learn how to do it or don't have a restaurant business.

Interesting place. Very dark inside. They should have more choice between 'no sweet' and 'less sweet', because less sweet is already tooo sweet, and no sweet is dull. Very disappointed about sugar management for old town.

Poor service once again. Shop opens at 9am. At 11am, even though there is 5-6 customers in the shop, most of the foods are not available.

We asked different waiters to wipe our table before ordering food as it's a bit dirty. They didn't wipe it until a waitress (I think she's the supervisor) wiped. Food tasted weird. Coffee didn't tasted good either.

It's a total disappointment from the last time I've visited years back. This time the services are slow, probably due to very few staff, orders are rolled in with Foodpanda and Grabfood. The place was packed as early as 10am. Some of the food on the menu are not as good as how you may expect. The food served is not the same as the one stated on the menu, e.g. ordered a noodle dish with BBQ chicken, but the dish came with boiled chicken and noodles are overcooked. The staff can't even identify the name for the dish when asked. This place is fancy by the ambience, but not longer by the service and food.

Their toast don't taste like it used too. Outlet is very hot. It's not clean. None bother cleaning the table Air-conditioned not functioning. Only have Ceiling fan, even than still warm. Coffee was ok Regretted on visiting this branch.
