Very friendly staff. Rang up ordered cake. The staff were very helpful and recommended cakes. When I arrived, they greeted me so happily. Like meeting old friends. Cakes are good! New York cheesecake yummy. So were the chicken corn pies (forgot name).

One of the best SR outlet as their cakes are fresh. Always enjoy their tea-time special and lunch special at weekdays. Good portion at reasonable price. A slice of cake comes with tea for teatime special. Lunch/dinner special comes with complimentary drinks and eligible for 20% discount for a piece of cake. Delicious Mushrom soup too. Nice and clean environment, kind staffs and good service. Highly recommended

The atmosphere is good and clean. However, the manager and staff there should be trained to be more discipline. All of them are talking with each other loudly, some sits behind the counter and and some at the table with a laptop doing their counting stuff? They didn't even bother to see what customers enter their shop. Just busy doing their own business. Food: 1. Golden Crispy Chicken with Fries: The chicken is nice and juicy. The portion is big, but there's not much fries given. No sauce is given to dip the fries and chicken into. 2. Arrabiata (Salmon): It's literally made with raw tomato chucks. Whoever that love eating tomato, this is for you. The taste will be a bit sour. 3. Hokkaido Triple Cheese Cake: The cake is cheesy and creamy. Very nice and delicious. Overall, the food is okay. Price wise is more to the expensive side and there's not much food options on the menu. I would suggest the staff to put chilli / tomato sauce ready on the table itself to give convenience to the customers.

Serve delicious cakes. Monday night always have discount, buy 1 free 1 for same meal. Bring along your friend to dine in together for same set of dinner on monday. worthy. However, the cakes a lottle bit too sweet compared to last time. Hope secret recipe can concern about this and reduce the sugar contain.

First time been to this branch. Had some cakes with my family during tea time period (3pm-6pm). Can get a complimentary drink when purchase 1 slice of cake. Cakes choices mostly chocolate and cheesecakes. Missed their chocolate banana and mango cake. Overall experience is good here.

Food was good and consistent as always. Service staff are friendly and polite. It's a good gesture that they do remember regular customers and it makes the difference. Overall a good experience. But the sitting arrangement is a little cramped.

salmon steak is sooo good (rm28) & pizza that soooo cheezy (rm22).. besides if you pay using maybank card(debit/credit) in one receipt of RM45, u get one slice cake and 1 ice lemon tea.. *excluded gst and service charge.

My cousin and i went to Secret Recipe during lunch break. We order tomyam and spaghetti because there was promotion with 4 options and you need to select 2 @RM25 minus drinks. The food is nice, generous portions and worth the price. Luckily we came on empty stomach or else we couldn't finish it 😂. I brought my aunt for dinner and we had tomyam again coz we don't know which one to eat due to varieties haha.

Nice selection of cakes and pasta, just loke other outlets. There is another cake shop across the street.

Went for dinner and only 3 tables occupied so wasn't too busy. Chairs had crumbs of food and used tissue under the table. Service was slow and staff just couldn't care about customers. I had to call for someone to take my order. And when it was time to pay, I went to counter. The staff at cashier saw me approaching but she went to the kitchen. 2 other staff were sitting a table away, chatting. No one bothered that I was waiting to pay at the cashier. Could have walked off and I don't think the staff would care. The staff seemed to be waiting for one another to do the work. And they make customers feel like we are such a nuisance. Staff like this is why customers don't return. Food-wise just meh. The watermelon juice is too sweet. The vanilla milkshake too watery. Tasteless chicken cordon bleu. Carbonara tasted artificial. Cheese cakes were good though. But so far, the non-cheese cakes are too dry. Overall quality has deteriorated. Not recommended. Not returning.

Maybe I have a friend there so it such an interesting experience eating there. The barista is very good person and he was talented performing his art.
