    It's dangerous to eat raw or undercooked chicken due to the possible presence of bacteria such as salmonella or campylobacter. I wonder how strict is your QC? We have ordered a bucket of 9 pcs for our friends who is close contact to covid and we bought ourselves 4 PCs. Ours all are undercooked. I can't imagine the chickens for my friends are all undercooked. I can't take it anymore. This happened so many times and I choose to remain silence. Wrong order, missing order (my fault since I never check) and lastly food quality.

    Okay,,, ayam original rasa sedap, kentang goreng goreng pun okay, persekitaran boleh la, membeli guna aplikasi dapat jimat, dengan ada voucher. Cuma sebelum ni beli ayam spicy selalu dapat rasa masin, bukan sekali, tapi dua kali dah terkena. apapun semua okay. 🍗🍔🍟🧋

    Is clean, long queue. Surprisingly they got drive thru, maybe that’s why the queue is long. So I waited for 20mins for my original fried chicken, with the “slim” drumstick. If can I will rates it 3.5

    Even google maps say they're open at 10am. imagine my surprise when I walk in at 10.12am only to be told that there is "No breakfast" and to come in later. What. The. Hell?

    i want to complaint the kampar bandar baru staff ,the staff name is almy ,because she was bad service attitude and she ignoring guests and she let the back guests jump in the queue. If the staff doesn't get fired,i will put on the facebook and tell them do not come the kfc

    Place is clean but service is extremely slow with only 1 counter. Better don't come to KFC if you want the coleslaw. It is still not available.

    Is the worst service that I have ever seen before. Staffs attitude very bad. If customer request don't have why should they lie to customers. Ask customers wait for 15 minutes but end up very disappointed and got cheated. If can don't go there and waste your money. Better go old town cause the service there is better and food nicer. If not sold out I won't go BP KFC.

    Only one or two counters were opened most of the time although there was many customers in queue during peak hours. The fried chicken is more oily compared with other branches. Besides, you still need to wait about ten minutes for their foods although you are using drive thru to order.

    KFC is KFC, most taste is. Same, only what make it different is how every outlet do customers service. This kampar KFC still not good at it, no smile, always look busy.. also late delivery event not much people..

    The food is great. Chicken came in good sizes and temperature was just right. However I waited for an hour just to get two sets. KFC is a fast food chain meant to be convenient, fast and edible. After waiting for 20 mins, we asked the staff here and they said it was getting ready. another 20 more mins go by and when we asked them again, they seem to have forgotten about our order and only started our order in a panic. Service is terrible but props to the food I guess!

    Self-collect, wait at there more than 30m, go to the counter and check 3 time, I want stand in front of the counter then do my order. Never mind. However, the fried chicken had a very strong fishy smell, which even the smell of frying could not cover up.

    The incident happens in the evening at 13 August 2021, 4.24pm. I have ordered a sneak jimat combo B which only consist of one loaded potato bowl and one fried chicken skin via drive-thru. When I paid for the meal, the staff requested me to wait a while at the area beside the KFC which set by them. I wait patiently and after a few minutes, a staff asked me what did I ordered so I told her what meal did I ordered at that time and she went inside. I soon getting frustrated after waiting for around 20+minutes and what I see is the two cars behind me get their meal which have several bundles of plastic bags. I was questioning myself is it the chicken of my meal are special and needed to import from Western country?😅Or maybe my orders are too cheap to proceed because it only cost RM8? So I was giving them a second chance at that moment, I still wait for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, around the time 4.52pm, I still can't get what I have paid for. So I went to the drive thru lane again to clarify about my order status. And as disappointed, I was told that"Ohh, sir your order is in pick up counter, you need to get your meal inside." At that time I was blurred what she mean, so I was ordering pickup meal in drive thru lane?(so ridiculous)😂 And at the end I get my meal around 4.56pm which I wait at the area provided there 30 minutes for nothing. This was so sarcasm that a fast food restaurant provide such service so badly and slowly. (You should actually promotes yourself as slow food restaurant ☺️). Is it the problem of consumers or the problems of staff's intercommunicatio? Although the staff had apologize to me but I think that it is a responsibility to reflect the service provided to the KFC management team and the publics.I was not requesting for any compensation but I sincerely hope that this issue could be regard as important by the management of KFC.

    I purchased Dinner Plate through drive-tru. The waiter did not tell me that Coleslaw was sold out, and without my consent, she directly exchanged whipped potato for me without my knowledge. The Whipped Potato is too sour compare to other time. The Butterscoth inside didn't know what he had experienced, and was directly crushed. There were no paper towels, ketchup, or small spoons in the bag either. What do you want me to eat? I had to go to the counter to complain. One of them tell me Whipped potato cannot be exchanged for other food. The option is so restricted. The waiter was also just perfunctory me casually. It left me speechless. The waiter's fault will be borne by me as the customer. What on earth is going on? I decide to buy food at KFC is because I trust it. And because it is fast so I can get food as fast as possible when Im starving. But how? This wasted my car fuel and time to complain. I am angry and disappointed!

    Ordered through the app and food was ready 10 minutes earlier when I arrived to pick up. But the zinger burger was cold. Nuggets were warm but only one side was coated, the other was 'naked'. And it tasted overcooked. Understandably, prices have increased but quality has deteriorated. Disappointed.

    I had called many times but nobody is pick up the phone. And I have been ordered at 1pm and set the estimated arrival time online at 4.30pm but until 6.22pm I haven’t received my order. It has been nearly 2 hours!! And on the first call, the staff say will be called back but I have waited half an hour nobody called back to me. Although the attitude of staff is good, but the speed of delivery is very slow that no one can bear with it. We had already asked about when can take the order, and the staff don’t answer my question!! And now, I had already waited till 7.10pm but still didn’t receive my order. They say wait for 15 minutes but sorry, we have already waited over 2 hours.

    Drive-thru orders for regular menu meals are only available from 10:30am onwards. If you arrived earlier, they only have breakfast menu available which is basically only the zinger burger. Nasi lemak although advertised on the menu is usually out-of-stock most of the time. Give their limited time promotion Burger Banjir a try whenever it's available, taste great!

    I always come to this outlet since it near but the fried chicken are disappointing. It taste different from the other outlet. Somehow it taste tasteless. Some staff doesn't look friendly compared to Mcd but it's okay if the foods are okay but it's not okay! And I don't know why the dishes always finish early and it's not even close to the closing time. I don't really care abt other thing but please fix the taste..

    Just finished work at 9pm, thought of finally have a decent dinner at KFC. Thoroughly disappointed, the amount of meat contained in the small chickens is hardly worth it. Local mamak chickens allows you to choose, is larger, and is halal also what excuse they have of having bad suppliers. I pay the same amount as other customers, yet I was treated differently.

    got my order wrong, ordered cheezy popcorn bowl but i got the chicken popcorn one, ask for coleslaw and they still don't have it, there is one staff that is so rude and mean with no reason at all, she gave me the wrong receipt number and got mad at me because I didn't tell her at all.

    good chicken, the fries weren't great they were cold and tasted old (like maybe from the day before). the ladies at the counter were very nice but there's a problem with the screens, it said "preparing" even though the order was ready so it was a bit confusing

    kepada crew lobi tadi sangt tidak sopan dan kurang ajar, org belum bangun dri meja dia sapu tempat duduk kami dan kerusi kami. . makanan atas meja ada lagi,kami tak minta duit ko untuk bayar. . keje tu biar ikhlas. . lepas tu dia pandang2 dari jauh macam tidak puas hati dengan budak kecik. . meja orang lain,orang bangun baru ko sapu. .nie meja kmi org belum bangun ko sapu. . penyakit hati betul. . dri kfc lutos mamat nie. .aku perati,sampai kfc bhp. .kalau tak nak keje ko duduk rumah goyang telur. .

    very bad today...makanan sedap dah suasana pun elok tpi part pekerja lobi kfc tu buat sakit hati bnda lain nk tgur kami terima tpi part dia myapu kami masih dduk atas kerusi nmpk mcm kurang ajar tak sopan...sy pehati orng lain dh hbis makn dok mymbang lagi tak de pulak dia mypu time orng mymbang tu tpi part kami tgh mymbang time tu dia sapu kerusi lap meja..

    The bill said there is free wifi, when you try to login, it stuck. The monitor of the store is not working, it's broken, you cannot know when is your turn to take your order. The menu is weird, you can only buy 2x tarts, not one. Which is a NO for people who want to keep fit. What? If i eat 2, i would be fat. Don't be lousy. Be flexible on your menu i would have already bought one more tart. In other words. The manager of the store is not working. It is he that is responsible to get wifi and the monitor fixed. Not going anymore after many times bad experiences.
