The
incident
happens
in
the
evening
at
13
August
2021,
4.24pm.
I
have
ordered
a
sneak
jimat
combo
B
which
only
consist
of
one
loaded
potato
bowl
and
one
fried
chicken
skin
via
drive-thru.
When
I
paid
for
the
meal,
the
staff
requested
me
to
wait
a
while
at
the
area
beside
the
KFC
which
set
by
them.
I
wait
patiently
and
after
a
few
minutes,
a
staff
asked
me
what
did
I
ordered
so
I
told
her
what
meal
did
I
ordered
at
that
time
and
she
went
inside.
I
soon
getting
frustrated
after
waiting
for
around
20+minutes
and
what
I
see
is
the
two
cars
behind
me
get
their
meal
which
have
several
bundles
of
plastic
bags.
I
was
questioning
myself
is
it
the
chicken
of
my
meal
are
special
and
needed
to
import
from
Western
country?😅Or
maybe
my
orders
are
too
cheap
to
proceed
because
it
only
cost
RM8?
So
I
was
giving
them
a
second
chance
at
that
moment,
I
still
wait
for
another
10
minutes.
After
10
minutes,
around
the
time
4.52pm,
I
still
can't
get
what
I
have
paid
for.
So
I
went
to
the
drive
thru
lane
again
to
clarify
about
my
order
status.
And
as
disappointed,
I
was
told
that"Ohh,
sir
your
order
is
in
pick
up
counter,
you
need
to
get
your
meal
inside."
At
that
time
I
was
blurred
what
she
mean,
so
I
was
ordering
pickup
meal
in
drive
thru
lane?(so
ridiculous)😂
And
at
the
end
I
get
my
meal
around
4.56pm
which
I
wait
at
the
area
provided
there
30
minutes
for
nothing.
This
was
so
sarcasm
that
a
fast
food
restaurant
provide
such
service
so
badly
and
slowly.
(You
should
actually
promotes
yourself
as
slow
food
restaurant
☺️).
Is
it
the
problem
of
consumers
or
the
problems
of
staff's
intercommunicatio?
Although
the
staff
had
apologize
to
me
but
I
think
that
it
is
a
responsibility
to
reflect
the
service
provided
to
the
KFC
management
team
and
the
publics.I
was
not
requesting
for
any
compensation
but
I
sincerely
hope
that
this
issue
could
be
regard
as
important
by
the
management
of
KFC.
