BAD SERVICE EVER. DEAR MANAGEMENT, READ THIS The service slow, everything is out of stock. When ordered and paid, they request us to change because they want to close the store. Ordered mcd chicken deluxe extra vege. After i have one bite, no vege inside. The person call me to take the burger for her, then she pass it to the kitchen boy, opening my burger, put in vege, without wearing mass during the pandamic. IT IS RIDICULOUS. in sop, you should make a new one for me. Some one please give some help on this McDonald's.

Been there several times, the foods are great when they’re hot , the serving speed is quite average,but quality of food are great

The floors are quite dirty. They should have mopped it more often. There are 1 or 2 flies flying around. Not that bad, but could have been better.

We came here for breakfast and the food was delicious. The staff was kind enough to try to assist with our touch screen ordering which was helpful of him. The parking space isn’t a lot but it should suffice during a normal day. The problem we had was the service. We waited for over 25 mins for our order while people arriving after us were getting theirs first. Also, the drinks (hot milk and hot teh tarik) were quite diluted so I hope this outlet improves on those issues.

Extremely slow, the staff here cannot cope with the demands, although this is a branch near the university but letting customers wait for almost an hour is very terrifying.. terrible experience with this branch, and the staff service is bad 😕

Seriously I am utterly disappointed with the service at this outlet. Ordered 10 meals n 2 20pcs nuggets. Waited for 1 hr. In between asked twice, was told it was in progress. After 1hr, when asked again was told they did not receive my order, despite me showing them my receipt during the 3 times interaction. To make matter worse, found out they left out the sauce for my nugget when rch home...omg...My first time here but definitely my last also. Thanks but no thanks.

We waited for almost an hour for just Ice Cream! We needed to give the workers to see the receipt then only we can grab our meals. Bad experience ever in McDonald's. Better go Family Mart and have better service.🤌🏻

Very slow service. Wait for around one hour and table service become self service. Poor management. The staff is didn't wear mask when they are preparing the food. Very bad experience in MCD ever!!!!!!

The french fries most of the time are not cooked correctly. Also it's a fast food restaurant meaning it should serve food faster but that does not happen most of the time. Many people have to wait outside during peak times. There are a lot more negatives but these are the major ones.

One of the worst McDonald's brunch in Malaysia. Their food quality was off, they're slow, and very impolite. Asked 5 employees about my order i made 1.5hrs ago only the 5th time I ask someone actually respond but with a still cooking 😠

Good fast food restaurant usually full of college students : their second aircond homework room. My advice for patronizing this shop is Take Away only. Eat in restaurant tables r usually dirty.

Order via pick & collect , we come and collect after 30mins however the foods still not yet to be pick up what is the issue of preparing a fast food more than 30mins or 1 hours 😡😡😡. When we reach the staff only starting to prepare the drink, hash brown and burgers. 3 sausage muffin still need to wait more than 30mins to be done what’s kind of bad services management. Please be well educate staff and upgrade your services management.

A friendly reminder, check everything when you pickup your order(even it’s in a box). Just ordered three fried wings + a burger combo，and i switched my fries to a sundae. When I picked up my order I found out that my sundae is missing, so I back to the counter, they gave to me my sundae and said sorry. I told them it’s ok, but after I back to my home and found out I still missing one ****ing wings. And this isn’t the FIRST TIME!!

Aircon very warm, need improve rapidly. Mc Flurry melted when I get, I pay RM 6 for disappointed. Did HQ QC doing their job for checking?

One of the staff act so unnecessarily, asked us to wait outside even when inside the store only has some customers. Whatever the staff tries to do actually does its objective, which is to rid themself of their customers. Jobs well done. And it's not like the staff inside is doing their job well, this is the first MCD I've visited that requires me to wait 45mins to 50 mins. A 'FAST' food branch, truly an amazing experience.

Ordered double cheeseburger with NO KETCHUP. They got blind people making the orders. Also will not pick up call when i tried to contact them.

Food and quality is good, unfortunately the lady at the pick up counter (Wahidah), so damn rude, unresponsive towards enquires, smiles only for Malay customers, generally not fit as a frontline staff. Very disappointing service and an insult to the McDonalds brand name. Hope management does something about this.

Been here a couple times, both dine-in ans drive through. Sadly this time they don't accept payments other than cash. I understand that there might be technical issues but this is causing inconvenience to the drivers.

Very slow service! Visited on 14/5/2022, ordered mc flurry and apple pie take away via kiosk but waited for one hour to get my food! People order after me already get their food and i ask the staff she ask me to wait!!! The second time i ask another staff and tell her i already waited for one hour then only she go and make my mc flurry and take a apple pie for me. Obviously my food can be served in less then two minutes but they let me wait for on hour! ITS A TERRIBLE AND WORST EXPRIENCE!!

Been waiting my food for more than an hour, when I went to ask the employee, they told me that they lost the order ticket, so I gave them my receipt, then continue wait for another 30 mins, and came out the food is like prepared with no cares. Paying service fees but ended up receiving such bad services.

Sept 2023 update: things get from bad to worse after Reno. See the flies hanging on the pendant lights .. almost all of them. Seatings become cramp and less. Ordered McFlurry waited almost 1 hour. Even those after already eating their sets. 2nd time in a month that being told cannot claim mcd offer in app bcos system issue. Unacceptable. 8/8 update : order creamy chick set but they didn't put in the fries !! It's suppose to have fries 😡

20 Jul 2024, 10.45pm There is this bunch of UTAR students who was extremely rude and doing "Cop Kerusi" for ppl who wasn't there. There was a attempt of threatening our table as he use "RUDE BODY LANGUAGE " towards us. There was an accusation made against me about my race and which is really inappropriate as a Malaysian citizen. That's really not fair for people who first come, first serve. I think management has to really take action on this. I'm reporting this to your higher officials as this has make me unsatisfied with the way this happen. Tq

Ordered the Oreo's sundae - it was watery and again, the server blamed it on their ice cream machine. The Oreo's was just a thin sprinkling of chocolate dust, not the chunky bits previously served. The switch to paper cups is great but where's the cover for takeaways? And portion-wised is inconsistent. Mine was less than the previous served. Used to be my go-to for affordable, tasty sundae but after this experience, McD just lost a sundae fan.

I am writing this review specifically for that one blonde guy working at the drive-thru during lunch on 28/09. Unfortunately did not get his name, but he deserves a raise! Extremely polite, kind and stellar customer service. I appreciate good interpersonal skills no matter how short the interaction is.

Had bad experience with this Mcd. Drive thru twice yesterday and today. Ordered same thing (nasi lemak ayam) and both ordered had same problem. I didn't get my sambal for Nasi Lemak. No sambal then how I supposed to eat nasi lemak without sambal??? Not once but twice?! I ordered not on the peak hour so it's totally nonsense if the reason "sorry we are too busy right now". Disappointed and will not repeat again dining or drive thru at this mcd.

I had a wonderful meals with my kids. Service was superb.Staff are courteous. Supervisors assurance of customers had their orders. Well oriented customer service.

it is tge worst McDonald's,i already order my meal for one hour and above,then there hadn't one crew on the counter, there have 7 or 8 person like me wait around the counter,the worst service and experience,i order a hot lattle,then wait for one hour,the crew told me that the hot machine is close he change a ice chocolate for me,i order hot lattle you gave me ice chocolate,what the... the fresh fried like a stick,too stiff.

Can't dine in

Ordered food via foodpanda. During selection they ask you what sauce you want then deliver all chili sauce packet. No napkins, no straws for drinks. So unhappy with service.

Why can't the MC app deal at drive thru used many of times? - asked us turn few times?it's a covid time lorrr..who want to spend time outside for so long. - machine inside can't use any MC app deal Think practically lorrr

The delivery is very slow. If you can't do it, please turn off the delivery platform of mcd app. One hour has passed and the delivery has not been received. Please remember that you are a fast food restaurant. No one answered the phone and I couldn't cancel it even if I wanted to.
