Spacious single bed room with windows. Pleasant staff especially the Chinese girl very professional excellent employee. Public parking have to use coupons and never park at the OKU's space, 'Bomba' fire hydrant and motorcycle parking space even at night, you'll get summon ticket for sure.

Very limited parking... Walk in price is even cheaper than I using traveloka to book in early time. The famiky suite is comfortable but not so clean. One king size and two single bed. Nearby has many good stall within walking distance.

Surprisingly this little hotel has a decent lobby with large glass doors. Receptionist welcome you by texting you personally before your arrival. King Room is decent big, washroom spotless clean, new toilet bowl. Glass divider between toilet and shower. Room has a tv, a mirror, study table for work, a couch, bedside tables, a little fridge. A window to let the sun in too. Parking is public, just need to put parking ticket 8am -5pm daily except weekend and PH. You can sense friendly vibe from all the workers. Bidet was leaking when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately. Perfect place to stay for short term.

Very strategic place as we are surrounded by local food stalls (walking distance) and the cinema is just beside the hotel. We went for the Transformer : Rise of the Beast movie. The room was spacious and super clean.

The room is spacious and clean. Air cond is cold and the bed is comfortable too This is my second time staying here. It's really convenient, located next to the LFS cinema and other food shops. There are convenience stores nearby for any emergency.

Limited parking are available outside and near the hotel, need to place the parking coupon on weekdays. Hotel located right beside the cinema, good restaurants are within walking distance. Comfortable and clean rooms. Service is extremely good, able to contact the staff for early check-in.

Bad experience with the hotel room. No window with unpleasant smell

On 13 Oct morning around 9am, they started doing renovation for the entire floor, drilling and hammering away until around 11am when I couldn't endure and left the building. When confronted the receptionist about this matter, her answer was nobody was aware that there is going to be a renovation on that day and time. Then I ask if it's possible to change rooms, she simply said all rooms are full because it's the weekend and that she couldn't do anything and did not offer any other solution. Not only that, the renovation worker unlocked my door with their own keycard. Even though he apologised, clearly no one at all is well-informed here. Very intrusive and unprofessional.

The room is above average and totally impressed with the room space and the cleanliness of the hotel with reasonable prices. It's especially located just beside a cinema.

Hotel was nice. But midnight at 1am there was whistle sound was disturbing us. We were very scared .

2nd time staying bcoz my wife love the water pressure in the shower 😊. However, now there's only a pillow each compares to our previous stay of 2 pillows each. Upon request, only 1 FOC pillow given. I assumed need to pay for next extra pillow. Such a petty matter but affected our overall experience. Comfortable bed, good size pillow is an added points. For food there's a good place serving bfast nearby, not sure if they serves lunch. Across the road, behind the Chinese eatery, there's a row of permanent stalls, they are near the end of row on left.

Room might not be sound tight. But overall good experience. Standard King room does not have fridge and hairdryer. Love the wall plug for having 2 usb ports for charging. The shower head annoys me because it aimed at the wall instead of straight at me when i turn the water on. The area does not have good parking spot when i was there, mostly due to chinese dining restaurant in the vincinity.

Comfortable, clean and good service . I would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. After check out, I didn't even noticed that I left my watch in the room. They called me immediately to collect my watch. Good job👍

Best budget hotel. With RM48 (booking via Booking.com), you got your nice single room.

There is two hotel with the same name...Google maps took us to the wrong one...this budget hotel, located in Jalan Batu, is slightly away from the main road next to the cinema. For the price range, can't complain..what is good is the convenience of kedai kopi, hawker centre opposite, restaurant next door and short walk to AmBank ATM, hair saloon, shops nearby ..parking may be a problem though as the hotel don't have it's own parking.

Ok. At promotion price, they didn't provide free coffee or tea. Only free mineral water. The service at the front desk is tip top. Thanks.
