Room is clean but a bit tight with triple share. A simple boarding place with 2in1 shampoo/bath gel, toilet roll, tooth brush and towels. Sound-proofing is terrible as can hear conversation, creaking of bed distinctly from the next room. No coffee house but 7Eleven is just next door for midnight snack.

Strategically located. Walking distance for food and cinema. 7-11 convenient store just beside the hotel. Rooms are clean but very basic. Without minibar; couldn't store food from nearby pasarmalam

Good budget hotel for the price. Location is central, parking may be a bit limited. Cafe downstairs and 711 just next door. Had a slight issue with air conditioning not functioning, owner immediately moved us to another room.

Typical 2 stars Hotel. Reasonable standard in terms of cleanliness & services. Public car parks available. Narrow corridor.

The coffee shop below is overpriced. One cup of NescafΓ© is 7 ringgit, and there are tons of mosquito indoors which ruined my experience. If it wasn't for the hot sunny day I would go to the kopitiam next door for a coffee half as expensive

Clean and comfortable. Booked a single room for rm65+ through Agoda, satisfied with my stay. Friendly staff and nice environment. Near to many shops, pharmacies & other attractions. Only downside of this place is the bad soundproofing, can hear children screaming and other guests slamming the doors at night.

For the price, I can't really complain much. The room is clean, a nice warm shower to clean myself. There's no frills, just a good clean room for me to spend the night in. For that it gets the job done. Perfect for solo traveller like me

Normal hotel but situated in the center of Kampar old town. Strategic place to stay and ample of parking street place. However the room is quite basic only. Do not have coffee/tea.

Clean and fair price. Please pay your car parking on time. My car was ticketed at 8.03am by local enforcement

The hotel is somewhat clean and room rates are quite good. Hospitality wise could use some work on the checking in but other than that it’s not bad.

Not as advertised, not soundproof (it's bad), no coffee& tea, wifi is weak. Price is cheap if book only, walk-in prices slightly overrated.

Location is very good, as it is within walking distance to everywhere when it is all about foodie and their stomach. In fact, this hotel is just located across Lam Kee Kopitiam, which houses the authentic Loh See Fun rice noodle. Rooms, as we booked through Agoda, the given room is small, but it is okay if it's just for a night or two. I'm sure they have bigger rooms. Although they mentioned they provide coffee and tea, what was given is only 2 bottles of reverse osmosis water and towels. TV is a flat-screen Sharp that provides USB and HDMI connections but no screen casting. Lobby area they provide a Coway water dispenser. Overall, okay for a night at RM85 with taxes. If you are driving (hotel do not provide parking), do install the Park Perak apps. With this, it will be extremely easy to handle all parking charges. Remember to pay parking for next morning, as the enforcement officers are very strict, as they really start working at 0800hrs.

Hotel is nice. But u need to get ready your vehicle parking fee paid as early possible as local enforcer visit here very early in the morning. my colleague got parking summon as early as 8:09AM !

Clean, cosy room. King size bed is nice too. Quick check in and out. Things to improve is the curtain, need to change to a proper one that can cover sun shade. Will continue to stay in next visit.

This is a new hotel, located at old town. 2 things you must be aware. 1. They only allow 1 key per room (even it is a room for 3) 2. Water drainage is horrible

Not too bad, clean and nice. Easy access and located in a good area. Lots of local food shop around and 7-11 is just right next door.

Quite small room size. Cleanliness is good but I don't really like the wash room and bath area design, it's flat floor without fence up of concrete or slope, so it will slightly flooded inside the wash room after you take shower. Cannot brush the teeth immediately because you may need to wait the water drains off.
