Cycling distance to UTAR Kampar but need to cross over the main road.

I just visited Friends there. Very large condominium spacious and clean

Great facilities, very comfortable and fantastic sceneries. Awesome large swimming pool. Only thing is price is high

Spacious and clean

The rooms are really pretty and new here. Location is near to UTAR but is better to drive by yourself. The condominium has swimming pool and gymnasium.

Unit is clean, security is good, swimming pool, squash, tennis court and basket ball court are all in the premises. And location is just less than 1 km from UTAR entrance.

Modern ID, cozy and well equipped. Modem was sent for fixing during my stay, basically cannot connect via WiFi, luckily I still can use my data to connect. Overall, nice view, great stay.

The facilities are great, got swimming pool, squash court, basketball, gym, but still their wifi isn't that strong so sometimes can't get a good connection.

Villa 21 cafe- Mexican fusion food a must try. A range of food from pork burgers to fajitas, Pasta and salad. My kids' fav are kimchi spaghetti and salted egg bacon spaghetti. Reasonably priced. Al-fresco casual dining.

Lovely place to say. I would recommend to anyone. The facilities are great and clean. However the cafe is non halal which is a bummer.

there is shop near by to buy food and there is swimming pool very fun

No water once every two months. Maintenance not taking speedy action

Best accomodation in Kampar

I love this place. Went to visit my friend house here and found that the facilities provided is nice. Love the mountain & Lake view !!! <3

Nice place to chill! Only thing was close too early. Would give 5 stars if open till 11pm.

Checked in here for a few days. The utilities provided here is good. The Wi-fi is provided and it helps a lot as my telco coverage is very bad in rural area. The view here is awesome. It just there is not much of food and beverages option near here. Overall it is good.
