Nicely decorated homestay with tatami style bed. My family member loved it very much! Located very near to UTAR, very covenience as restaurants and cafe just few hundred meter away. 5 Star!

Sakura Homestay was a perfect stay for our intergenerational family. We had 5 adults (2 grandparents) & 2 kids, and the layout was perfect with the two bathrooms being all accessible on the single floor. Newly renovated place, very clean, lovely fittings & had everything we needed. Though note BYO bring towels as they’re not included. Washing machine & drying rack for all our laundry. Fabulous old school game station as well was a bonus. Comfy bed & pillows. Aircon was cold throughout, safe neighbourhood, easy to get in & out. Close to new town & easy to get around by car. Top stay in Kampar!

Good. Room for improvement. I stay in No. 77. 2nd & 3rd room no mirror, no chair & table. Have to go to the hall or toilet to comb our hair & do our faces. Tq.

    服务态度非常差,乱诬陷顾客,给少被子,我们已经将就一下 没有投诉了,反而还说我们偷拿他的被子

It's overpriced homestay as it's a single storey terrace low cost house. ( not a proper Taman ) Neighbours are not friendly. Better to stay in a hotel
