Management hired guards from private contractors without giving them proper training. Day and night, these two guards on bike patrol are making some nasty comments about students staying in the rented units in Kampus West City. The Malay guard is known for making rude remarks during early hours in the morning around 4a.m. to 6 a.m. thinking residents inside the units can't hear him. Very unprofessional. My coursemates in Jalan Kampar 4 and 10 share the same thing. Also, playing his smartphone songs so load throughout his night patrol. Theft is rampant here and having these unprofessional guards go up and down also not helping. It's still ongoing. Management not proactive - key card access on the ground floor not repaired, left spoiled, giving strangers easy access into units. Aren't the monthly rental paid to ANTZ include maintenance to repair these door access? Speechless!

Poor service. Provide the accommodation is different with what I am booking. Ask the girls and boys stay together with one room. Not recommended.

rooms are from cheap(RM210) to expensive depends on what feature and facility you want. They are quite fair la. first when u come in, they give u an inspection list for u to check the room condition, any defect you may report within first month. so when ur contract end and check out tht time, they compare the list before and after. anything damage eg.light bulb, carbinet key set, n etc they will charge you. lots of tenants forget the rule to submit the form in the first mth where no submission mean everything is perfect hence lots of dispute here. Is good attitude n behavior to care everything has given to u (since its fully furnished) especially at this cheap rental price. unless they charge at high price than they can cover the damage made by tenant la. i dunnu..there are ppl think otherwise
