normally
just
brush
off
bad
experiences
and
vote
by
going
elsewhere
but
tonight’s
experience
deserved
a
review
to
help
others.
On
arrival
the
waitress
directed
us
to
their
QR
code
menu.
We
have
it
a
go
but
as
we
had
Brunei
SIM
cards
we
struggled
to
get
data
and
explained
to
the
waitress,
she
kindly
brought
out
a
single
paper
menu.
We
order
3
pizzas
between
the
4
of
us
and
4
drinks,
again
they
were
out
of
orange
juice
so
we
changed
the
drink
order.
So
far
no
big
deal.
2
pizzas
came
out
and
we
started
eating
(my
wife
and
18
month
old
child
were
sharing
the
missing
pizza,
controlling
a
hungry
18
month
old
when
they
see
other
eating
is
no
easy),
we
shared
a
little.
We
finished
the
2
pizza
and
after
another
10
minutes
questions
about
the
missing
food,
it
eventually
arrived
half
an
hour
after
the
other
food;
we
then
had
to
wait
for
cutlery.
We
were
frustrated
at
this
point
and
decided
to
take
the
pizza
away
with
us,
so
they
proceeded
to
stuff
it
on
top
of
itself
in
the
smallest
pizza
box
they
had,
even
though
it
was
a
medium
pizza.
I
went
to
pay
and
this
is
when
they
informed
me
there
card
machine
wasn’t
connected,
there
were
no
signs
or
indications
upto
this
point.
This
resulted
in
me
having
to
find
an
ATM
and
receive
international
bank
charges
on
the
cash
withdrawal.
Overall
poor
service
and
recommend
people
avoid.
