First
of
all,
there
was
an
error
by
agoda
apps
that
made
a
double
booking
bug,
luckily
agoda
had
agreed
to
refund
it
back.
The
hotel
on
the
other
hand,
does
not
even
inform
regarding
this
matter,
and
I
only
know
it
when
I
see
my
bank
statement.
The
hotel
receptionist
does
nothing
to
show
on
PAPER
and
do
VERIFICATION
with
me
regarding
the
issue,
and
refuse
to
process
a
refund,
turns
out
I
was
paying
two
rooms
when
I
only
stay
in
one
room.
Food
quality
is
below
mediocre,
breakfast
buffet
was
nothing
special
nor
memorable.
Room
facility?
for
a
hotel
that
have
a
grandiose
appearance,
the
TV
is
VERY
SMALL
relative
to
its
space
area
for
hanging
provided,
1
star
definitely.
I
will
attach
image
in
next
update.
Air
conditioner
is
bad,
hardly
feel
any
cold
temperature
despite
turning
to
17
deg
C.
Bathtub
looks
and
feels
like
it
was
not
clean
and
brush
thoroughly
after
previous
guest,
1
star
for
bad
hygiene.
Not
a
good
experience
for
first
time
staying
at
here,
and
I
wouldn't
recommend
to
stay
here
for
both
other
travelers
and
my
company
staffs
and
colleagues.
