Nice hotel with good food and friendly staff.

Taste is better than most in this area. Price is also affordable. Staffs are always courteous. Located next to bus stand so is useful when traveling. Cleanliness is not given any attention. We were served in a half cleaned plate with gravy stains. If it is not for this issue, this could easily be a four star rating.

Good for veg food. Ambience is Little noisy. Separate ac room is available. Waiters are attentive. Quick and polite service can be obtained.

The restaurant with its wide body and large frontage with a similarly wide and vast free parking in the front, and being accessible right from the road coming from Alagappa University, is really a good one, for a bite, tea or breakfast. White Paniyaram is a fabulous item among the vegetarian options provided by the restaurant. You must try it! The general ambience, which seems to be magnificent from outside, doesn't offer the same when you enter and sit for dining. You'll feel it to be too ordinary.

My Ratings is 3.5. Went here twice during my visit to Karaikudi. Its ok for a quick bite as it is very near to Karaikudi New Bus Stand. Quantity could be improved for the price charged. Taste was just ok. Chutney and Sambar had more water than real stuff. Staffs were responsive. Not all the menu options was available during my visit. Drinking Water provided was fair and OK. Price Charged:- Masala Dosa - 70/- Orange Juice - 70/- Lemon Rice - 45/- (Lemon rice quality was ok but quantity was quite less)

While coming back from rameswaram (by train); we were looking for dinner options before boarding the train. We called the hotel, focal shared the dinner menu and we ordered the food through WhatsApp and paid through gpay.The food was awesome, they packed it neatly and delivered it on time. The employees were friendly and patience. Though the train was delayed, delivery person was patiently waiting in the station and delivered the tasty yummy food.
