I brought from a pendent from my trip to Israel which no one can repair in krishnager but when I bought it tanishq Mr sourav das the karigar repaired now I can were it thank you to him and all the best ... And Mr Sanjay Saha who has helped us for the different service and the monthly system which a very good service from the company all the best and keep it up . Celebration of 15 years of our Anniversary with Tanishq Family, Krishnagar... which is a very precious, Heart-Touching Moment to cherish life-long..

Failed to keep the commitment. They design shown at the time of ordering was different from delivered item. They showed ring which was around 5 gm and size was less than 20. I ordered 20 size ring, but they reduced the weight to 4.771 gm. Actually there was a scheme which I took. The gold rate will be considered between ordering date and delivery date, which one is lower. The gold rate on the date of delivery was higher. So, they reduced the weight of the ring and made it thin. This was my marriage ring. They took more than 1 month and delivered rubbish item.you can see the difference in photos.

I am visiting krishnagar Tanisha showroom last 3 years continue and every crismistmas event I pushed sumthing for my sister's and brother's.. there is a girl name mousumi Saha she is very helpful and kind also well knowledge in every part and policy of Tanisha showroom. I went to Tanishq Krishnanagar to buy for the occasion of my birthday. Suparna arranged cake and a small celebration for my birthday. The staff are so humble and helpful. 10/10 would recommend Tanishq.
