The complex has its own play ground and a community hall as well as a small beautiful park dedicated to the respect of Sri Ramkrishna Paramhansdev. Substantial amount of greeneries can be experienced inside the complex. The complex as s whole is a peaceful dwelling place for owner of 200 flats.

It's a LIG, MIG housing with a cordial neighbours amongst spiritual atmosphere.

A big Housing complex, nearly 20 five storied building , playground and car parking facility with boundary wall surrounding it. A community Hall which also used as Electronics polling stations for ward no. 29 of BARANAGAR MUNIPALITY and well secured place for the dwellers of it. But no Lift facility in any block, enough opened places in it.

Disgusting place to live at .... Too noisy environment, no peace at all atleast during day time. Pathetic neighbours, who are unnecessarily inquisitive. Kids here are spoilt brats. At times there will be bossy people to make life terrible. There are no lifts with 5 storied building. Narrow lanes and far from the main road. Made a big mistake purchasing a flat here. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
