My experience in Blessings Polyclinic is too bad. The receptionists and other staffs are totally unprofessional and don't even have any idea about the job they are doing. First of all, they couldn't maintain the patient register to allot dates to the respective patients as sometimes they also lose patient's name despite registering his/her name in their register and this is very commonplace as far as Blessings Polyclinic is concerned. Though in the darkness, there is only one ray of hope is the doctors over this polyclinic are all good. I don't know if I would recommend this clinic or not.

Very bad experience today..As soon as I came up from doctor's chamber, one young girl sitting at the reception took the prescription from me and tried to convince me to do the blood test there.When I rejected ,she took a photo of my prescription with her smart phone and saved it...It is completely unethical to publicise one's medical reports n prescription , as it is completely personal and confidential.I saw she was doing it other patients also. I was in a hurry at that time, so I could not confront her..but I prefer to post it here...

Most unfortunately stating we the patients are being harassed continuously by SRL Blessings Dumdum Sinthi B.T. Rd Kolkata. They are not picking up phone for doctor's appointment & despite being given serial number of appointment they're issuing token on 1st cum 1st serve basis. Then whatv s the utility of writing the name and giving the time. Actually they are encouraging crowding for which they have already being warned by Sinthi Police Station.

I had a very bad experience with this polyclinic. Staffs are very ill behaved. They do not have any coordination. They told that they have a tie up with SRL diagnostic, but the blood collector was very rude and inefficient and doesn't know any kind og courtesy at all. They made my mother wait for a long time in an empty stomach, who has just been dismissed from hospital and did not come in the end.Horrible experience. Never try this place.

One of the most popular Doctors chamber or polyclinic around Baranagar Sinthee area. Their staffs are very professional and responsive. You will get all departments doctors here and they also help for the name schedule or Doctors appointment via telephone. This institution is also connected with SRL so you can get all types of test facilities over here.

ENT doctor summit chattopadaya is rudest of all doctors.his medicine is bad.EnT doctor KD Biswas is best.polyclinic must share the degres & previous work & jobs of every doctors if patients ask for it.Your assistant don't share it.Patients have the right to know about doctors experience job & degrees.if you can't then close the polyclinic.If patients ask for better doctor please say them which one would be better because all doctors are not good.otherwise you can be charged of medical negligency if educated rich people visit your centre.correct it

They did RT-PCR Apollo Clinics and was collected additional fees even if the RT-PCR was taken in their center and not even home collection.

Actually, they do not deserve anything better than -273 (absolute zero), as a rating. Don't get me wrong - they have some of the best doctors in town, but their customer relationships are a complete disaster. This is the last place you would like to visit with a patient. Simply horrifying, to say the least.

They don't share degres & works of previous hospitals.Recently they opened medicine shop named blessing pharmacy & you have to buy medicines from that pharmacy.Doctors in that clinic write medicines in such a way that you won't be able to get medicine from other shops(it will be unavailable in other shops).You will have to order it from other shops. Only medicines prescribed by polyclinic's doctors are available at blessing pharmacy not in any shops.They also take pictures of your prescription which is illegal.Patient have right to privacy to say problems only to doctors.polyclinic can't force you to give them picture of prescriptions.They are doing that.don't give them copy of prescriptions
