Being a foodie & a regular customer of Om, I can just assure that it is one of the oldest & best family restaurants of Serampore. I’ve visited Om Casual countless times till now. The restaurant is nicely decorated & staffs are polite, friendly & attentive. Quality & hygienic foods are served. Have tried soooo many dishes of them & the taste has always been satisfactory, they never disappoint. If I write a few favourite Om Casual dishes of mine, then those will be: Chicken Reshmi Kebab, Mutton Biriyani, Burnt garlic pepper noodles, Ayam Goreng Fried Chicken, Keema Naan, Butter Chicken, Deep Blue Sea, Tooty Frooty & many more. You can hardly point out any flaw. It’s a must visit restaurant. Definitely recommend from my side.

In terms of quality, the price of the food is right, not too high and not too low

Though the interior is bit compacted, this place serves the best delicacies. Every cuisines gere will leave you lick your fingers. They do also serve Chinese and Thai Cuisines.

Due to the huge rush of Durga pujo, not satisfied with their service. Had lunch yesterday, they r offering very limited cuisine with less verity… Food quality also not that good…

Good food, price is reasonable. Very near to serampore Ferry Ghat. 10Mints walking distance from serampore station. Special decoration for special days like Diwali, Durga Puja, Valentines Day. Special candle light dinner arrangement is there for Valentines day. But insufficient staff at festival time so waiting time is not less than 15 mints after ordering.

Absolute delight for taste buds and pocket. The sizzler could have been less saucy. Rest everything from potion size to knowledgeable staffs would surely make you add this place to your favourites.

This is 1 of d oldest n most visited restaurant at Srirampore...they serve quality food at a moderate price..perfect place to enjoy food with friends and family...though couples may feel uncomfortable as there's no privacy..but the ambience is really good...

Worst food of all.... I could not expect that Om Casual's food quality degraded so much.... I ordered Chowmein and chilli Chicken on 24.10.2023, the day being Bijoya Dashomi. Both of them were not fresh... probably they were of 2-3 days ago. I went there with my friend who began to suffer from immediate food poison after having the food. Don't go there. Please don't go. Worst experience of all.

It was my first time visiting this place. The interior of the restaurant was quite nice, the entrance of the restaurant was much more like a cafe, giving an aesthetic vibes. I liked it! The dining place was at the first floor, had to climb upstairs. After going upstairs the vibe of the cafe feels vanished, a proper sofa and chairs seating arrangement was there, cabin-wise the seats were divided. All in all it was nice. The food was okay okay, I have had better taste in other restaurants. But well I really liked the chocolate milkshake!! Much try that out!

Visited om casual yesterday evening (swashti) and a bit disappointed since my favourite items are not available during this puja. We ordered laccha porota and chicken dopiyaza. Laccha porota was excellent and I would like to give a rating of 10/10. Chicken dopiaza was delicious and would give a rating of 8/10. Service and behaviour of the staffs were good and the ambience was average. Looking forward for chicken soup, chicken balls, fish fry, fish fry etc.

We know that pandemic was there but you don't mischief people right. So I was there one fine evening and a family was dining there alredy they ordered a fish fry and then cancelled it immediately but the guy comes sand forces them to pay that bill for the food they cancelled saying that it was done you have to take it. They refused and the manager backed off but insted they put false gst in the bill to cope up the amount of the dish. They were charged with I don't remember correctly but lot more than 6%. When I checked my bill it was fine. So dear Om casual dining it's good to make profit but in cost of potential customers I will really ad vise you not too. And too honest I will personally stay away because the mischief I saw and don't like it. And please you may think to reconsider you staff.

One of my friend suggested me . This place was good . The interior design need to change a bit . But their food way too good . I ordered Ayam Goreng Fried rice , Panner Tukra polao and Panner Tawa . The Ayam Goreng Fried fish was too fasy and it's price is soo reasonable according to quality and taste . I suggest to try this . The Panner Tukra polao and Panner Tawa was also tasty . The Panner Tukra polao contains so much panner that in every bite we had panner and the polao was light and tasty . The Panner Tawa was tasty and the pieces of the panner was good and large according to price and quantity . I suggest to go there . It's a good experience .

This place is very good. The quantity of food is more than enough and the price is also reasonable. The ambience is quite good with the feel of heritage architecture.

Average. Not value for money, but good place to have a snack/dinner/lunch during your chitchats with your partner. They have the banquet facilities for around 40 people for small parties like Birthday, Engagement etc. We have arranged Birthday party for my nephew there. They need to improve their food quality though to fight with the upcoming competition in resturant business around Serampore.
