One of the oldest Restaurant in Shrirampur area. Cozy dining area. Large amount of customer deals in a single place. Ambience is moderate. Food quality is medium. And price is expensive as the food quality. I tried Fish Fry . Taste is good. But not as the price of Rs.160+ GST. Size is small. Next we try Deep Blue Sea mocktail. It's too hard. I took extra suger surup. We also try Virgin Mojito. It's quality is good. Washroom available, clean. Resturant hospitality is good. Overall it is a normal resturant with a high price.

Old and Gold! Samrat being the oldest restaurant in Serampore holds one of the top place. We went there 2 days ago and the experience was quite great. Although, for a special occasion ( Jamai Sosthi) their menu was limited and we couldn't get what we wanted. Nevertheless, the food they served specially the mutton biriyani and prawn dish was quite tasteful. We liked the atmosphere too and it was quite crowded that day. Moreover, the staffs were also welcoming so no complaints on that too. Overall hygiene was also maintained well. Also I find this restaurant to be one of the most affordable ones in Serampore. So, if you are coming with your friends and families to have some quality time with some great food this place is a recommended one for sure. Happy dining! 🍽️

We had ordered mixed fried rice, chicken Manchurian and chicken bharta. Taste is really really good. Quality and quantity is also top notch. Price is little high I would say. But reasonable as it is an AC restaurant. Waiters are well mannered. A lot of dishes are available. So you can choose more. Waiting times may vary depending on how much people are there and how much orders they are getting. But in worst case you may have to wait for 1 to 1.5 hour but you can also get your order within 20 minutes as well . But the foods are really very good. Atmosphere inside is really good. You can click a lot of pictures as well for your insta story 🤪🤣. So waiting will be worth for you. So definitely you can visit here with your friends and family. Definitely you will enjoy the food. It was a really nice experience from my side I would say and railway station is very close to it. So it will be easier for you if you are traveling . Shrirampur railway station is just beside it.. So definitely you can visit here and you will have a get a great experience .

My favorite destination of food at serampore.. I just love its ambience. The service is very fast but if u will order chinese cuisine then it will take a bit if time... No doubt about its taste and quality of food... The place us very cozy abd equally good for spending time with family nd frnds.... I ate : A. Mixed gravy noodles B. Hongkong chicken Probably makes the best gravy noodles.... Must give a try HIGHLY SATISFIED AND RECOMMENDED.....

Samrat hotel - it's situated at 1st floor. Fully well decorated restaurant. Service is really good. I ordered tandoori butter roti and chicken do payaja and mixed fried rice. Food quality is really fabulous. 2 and 4 sitter dining available. Just 👍

We tried crispy chilli babycorn🌽,mixed fried rice🍜 and chicken manchurian🍲 Food is really delicious. I especially liked crispy chilli babycorn and mixed rice.The quantity is sufficient for 2 people. The ambience is very soothing. The staff is also friendly.

The food is amazing, behaviour of staff and atmosphere are great. Cost of food is reasonable. The veg thali price 125+GST. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. I dine in with my family, and everyone are satisfied. In future, I will visit again.

Very nice place for enjoying coffee. They import good coffee seeds from Brazil, i enjoyed with family with caffe latte on Christmas day this year.

We visited there on Thursday, took butter naan 5/5, butter tandoori roti 2/5, Paneer Paratha, Chicken Roshnai 3/5, Chicken Bharta 3/5, my friends took Paneer Paratha and they went sceptical to amused within seconds of trying it 5/5. As per the ambience, it was fine but the tables and chairs were a bit on the smaller side. Staffs were good and courteous.

Food was just awesome.Biriyani and Raita were just mind-blowing.Blue Lagoon was little bit of over flavoured, but it was good.Service was very nice.I will visit again.

We ordered chicken hot and sour soup that was really very good.Then we ordered Mix Fried Rice with Chili Chicken,Both quality and quantity are better.The quality of the chicken was also very good,The quality of the rice was good and the test was perfect. The quantity is perfect according to the price of the food.We ordered fish fry and the fish fry was good enough. The quality was good.The stuffing was very soft.we really enjoy the food that day. let's come to the service,If the service is a little fast, it is better. From food to service, everything is top notch at this restaurant. Located near Srirampur railway station, the eatery is situated at a very prominent place. Quality and quantity of food according to price is the main reason for the huge footfall which the restaurant maintains for quite a long time. Presentation of food is great. Friendly staff and good food service, what else do you need for a perfect weekend or to celebrate your special day with your family and friends? Menu card boasts of food which can be shared by the young ones too. Most of the dishes can be shared by two adults. From Chinese to Indian, you name it and they have it all. Desserts and mocktails are delicious and presented in a very attractive manner.

Though the main hotel of samrat branch is excellent.. but the cafeteria of samrat serves less quantity of food comparing with the price. Interior is awesome.

We are going there for last 12 years. This place has very good memories. I will recommend this place for quality foods. 11 years back, I started chicken biryani at 120 rupees now it's become 250 rupees. 😄😁.

This restaurant is our Childhood restaurant. Wherever we we mixed fried rice & Chicken Do piyaja. It reminds me of Samrat. We ordered Fried Rice, Mutton Biriyani, Chicken Do piyaja & some drinks. All was satisfying. I love their food, their staffs are polite, ambiance is very good. Definitely will visit them in future also.

The only thing, you have to wait for 20-25 min to get the food. Good place to hang around, nice ambience. One of the oldest restaurant in Srerampur. Value for money.

Excellent staff behaviour. Great food and a lot in quantity. Menu card representation isn't that good. Not many unique food items available, but that must not be an issue. Must visit.

The non veg curry was awsome(tikka butter masala) But the tandoori naan we had seemed to be over priced at 55 per and the firied rice was just not upto the mark. The veg curry(chilly paneer) was not good in taste won't recommend veg dishes here.
