If you want your patient alive then don't choose We Care as they care only for money, nothing else. Poor service specially at ICU department where some irresponsible and unprofessional health staffs are appointed. This is I am saying from my personal experience which was very pathetic. I had to lost my mother due to the low quality treatment by Dr. Kaushik Munsi who given some medicines by taking which my mother fell more ill and finally died. For serious patients this hospital is not at all suitable. Even they have no basic facility of doing procedures like CT scan etc. in their hospital. For that they always depend on local pathology center like Shanti Scan center etc. All of them together just making money without giving proper treatment to their patient. Better you take your patient to any good hospital in Kolkata, but never choose We Care because I also have got some bad feedback from people in Uttarpara and nearby my locations about this hospital. Now choice is yours about your patient!

Inefficient staffs, almost took 10 hrs to do the paperwork. Keep making mistakes while doing that. Please get some efficient people who at least can give some service, do not test the patience of the patient parties. [This is the response to your comment]: Please check your entire data before you reply. You have started your process sometimes around Noon. Our Doctor clearly mentioned released at around 11am. Insurance company approved it around 2pm (I have the medi assist app and clearly see the data). Then hospital saw some discrepancy in the approved amount and the took really long time to revert it back to Insurance. Which at last turned out that Insurance's company's calculation was correct, Hospital's calculation was incorrect [This cost me a few extra hours]. Even after that your reception desk shared all the docs to me to discharge patient without the sheet where medicines were written for the patient by the doctor. I was initially told that there is no medicine for the patient, then I challenged that for operation patients it can never happen like that. Then again the missing medic list document was shared with me . So Insurance replied and approved everything by 2pm for the first time, and then the mistakes from hospital side exaggerated the release at 9pm, to sum up the story. Instead of telling people being reasonable please find a more efficient way to handle the end to end process from your side.

Nurse will ask to contact receptionist’s.nd receptionist will say they don’t know anything .. I will go to higher authorities if I won’t get my report of Mantoux… Government hospitals are better than these so called money seeking hospitals..where receptionist doesn’t know how to talk or deal with patients family..They only know to take the full payment..they r not bothered about sollutions! It’s Disappoinment !

Please Don't visit this hospital. Their staff are very rude. They are not helpfull at all. During hospitalisation they will request you to admit. But once you admit they will only prepare their bills nothing else. For any information you have to visit hospital. They don't have their registration number. If you have any medical insurance then must don't go. Their is no cashless facility.

We care should be named as we don’t care. Waited for 3 hours but receptionist doesn’t have any idea when doctor Subrata Roy will arrive. I took all the information before coming to the hospital and was informed that USG will be done at 2-3 pm but doctor did not arrived at hospital till we left. Disgusting experience. Receptionist are clueless about the doctors working hours and were smiling as if they were aware of Doctors late arrival on regular basis. The point is that when we enquire they should give proper information to the patient. They kept us waiting with a pregnant lady, no responsibility at all.

A really good hospital, arguably termed as best in this area (Bally - Uttarpara - Kotrung). Facilities are good, staffs are well behaved. Most importantly they have a good pool of doctors. However, they still needs to improve their services. To be in comparison to the likes from Kolkata.

This place should be renamed WeEarn business centre. Only profit making in the name of 'care'. They billed us β‚Ή40,000+ only in the name of medicines and on raising query started explaining rules and protocol. There is a rule that either you take all medicines from here or arrange 'everything' by yourself (for which you can be called any time of the day, which means if a medicine is required at 1 am, you will have to get it to them at same time) . We also doubt that the bill, post discharge was adjusted after taking unused medicines back and we were billed for everything (they did not give any proof of adjusted bill). No flexibility in treatment. Nothing is considered as emergency. If you need to talk to the nurse to receive requisition for blood, they will only allow you during visiting hours. No proper guidance on post release care and medication. Only manual directions about medicine to take and it was not even mentioned on the discharge papers. Term them anything, but not hospital. Treatment was delayed. Very bad experience. Should not be tried. Not recommended.πŸ₯Ί

It's very sad that we are living in such place where everybody is trying to pickpocket your hard-earned money. This hospital #WeCare is actually do not care you. This hospital is build only because to suck people's money. They doesn't care who you are if its poor or rich. I had admitted one of my dearest one with the symptom of Jaundice. They treat my patient very cruely in ICU. Within 3 days hospital bill rose to Rs.30000/- plus. We had to fight almost with the staffs and doctor while I request for release the patient. When I admit my patient they did admission very quickly, their behavior was very polite, I got continuous bill sms update in my phone. But after two days I realize they tried to enlarge the bill amount when they see that patient is an old age and had no such disease so that they can create a bill in a sky high. Even they had no permanent doctor. Only permanent doctor is their RMO. My patient was under the treatement of Dr. Kaushik Dutta, is the one and only doctor in most of the hospital in Konnagar, Uttarpara, Serampore area. In case of any emergency you will not get any support from them. Even in some point I realize that Lakhotia Diagnostics is also involved with them. You will realize the whole things I say when you would go for a release of your patient. I will never visit this Hospital again. I know after my review some staff may try to contact me but because of the security I will not disclose my identity.

Very well organised and equipped with all modern medical amenities and moderate cost. We are very satisfied with the service of the Hospital. We have admitted our patient in another local nursing home and was entirely perplexed to know that we need to shift our patient to Kolkata in the midnight. But Thanks WE CARE HOSPITAL...we came here with our critically ill patient and after a good 7 days of stay finally she is okay now. All credit goes to the Hospital and especially Dr. Somojit Saha & Dr. Avishek Biswas who have given us immense confidence and there effort came good.

We care only care about their billing and payment. If they show the same sincerity for patients treatment, they could have saved many patients. I have lost my father due to their negligence and carelessness. He was admitted in general ward on ,24th May 21, even I have rushed to hospital for the immediate care with proper communications, with the present RMO at 5 P.M.He assured me that my father was not critical and admitted him in general ward, but after, 3 days all of a sudden on 27th May, in afternoon they have shifted my father to ICU and informed me,in night after 8 hours about the critical condition. As usual, than there was no scene of any recovery, only oxygen mask was covered with expensive treatment, and not allowed to even speak and no assurance of any recovery, only heavy billing continued and finally end of the story. My father could have been saved if the hospital RMO had agreed to admit him in ICU for the emergency treatment at the time of admission. And if,he was admitted in stable condition, how the condition was deteriorated up to this level. This is the case of gross negligence.

Thoroughly satisfied with the service and support of the Hospital. The staff and management are so helpful that I felt it like home. The cost is quite low in comparison to some other hospital which I have visited earlier. My patient was suffering from uncontrolled diabetes and high BP and now under absolute control. Thanks to Dr. Kausik Dutta and management of the hospital.

If you have mediclaim, please don't admit here. During discharge it will take 6-7 hours to get only approval. Nursing home will blame it on insurance but the real problem lies with reception persons. That's why it is slow. In my case I got two different amount . Insurance says I need to pay app 6k , wecare asking for app 7k. When I point out receptionist said its mistake by insurance, you can pay our amount and take patient home. If she knows it's mistake then why don't she inform insurance and made me wait for 2 hours to talk with insurance. It's clear sign of lack of attention and UN-professionalism. I don't know how long will it take again to get re-approval. I am still thinking to come tomorrow to get patient . And it is the last time I am visiting. Rectify yourself or you will lose business. You don't know what is time value.

I had to lodge a complaint to the DM, Hooghly and Swasthya Bhavan WB against We Care Hospital, Uttarpara for their inappropriate billing for cashless insurance. They made me pay β‚Ή15,000 from my pocket to release my father. Further details are mentioned below. My father underwent a laparoscopic surgery for Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Stone) at We Care Hospital, Uttarpara on 24th April 2022. My father is insured by a cashless insurance policy. We had informed the hospital provision of going up until a "twin sharing cabin" to determine their package and bill. They had also confirmed that he would be provided with a twin sharing cabin only. Finally the operation was done and he was kept in a twin sharing cabin until his discharge on 26th April 2022. However, in the bill they had mention that the patient was kept in a Delux cabin which amounts to a package of β‚Ή60,000. Quite obviously, the cashless insurance claim was rejected by the insurance company for going beyond the alloted provision. They approved an amount of 45,000 as per the provision of a "Twin Sharing cabin". This resulted in a lot of confusion for me to release my father. He had to wait about 10 hours to get the release. I kept on checking with the hospital and they adamantly stuck with the point that irrespective of the fact that the patient was kept in a twin sharing cabin, they would always bill for a Delux cabin and charge β‚Ή60,000. Being a customer and a son I found myself cheated and baffled by the sheer forgery done by the hospital. They didn't even care about the time and I finally released my father at 1 am on 27th April 2022. My father literally had to wait for 10 long hours (3pm to 1am) for the release.

Nurshing staff ware very lazy, semiskill and lack of experienced.Receptionist behavior is too rude as I faced they are very miscommunication. I am not satisfied for my baby care. One of the most caring hospitals in the locality. They treat patients with empathy. Even the proprietor of the hospital is ever ready to help and guide the patients' families. Top doctors are also available. Well I do share this opinion of mine from my personal experience as some of my family members had undergone their treatment in this hospital. Looking forward for more growth and development of this hospital. All the best...

My patient currently admitted at the hospital, till doctors & services are as good as I expect. Except one matter to avail the lift and stair, as I know as per civil & architectural design stair should be located lin to lift but here it doesn't happen. You people provide single visiting card and same to be submitted to either lift operator or stair security. Now the Problem is that if there is any emergency you cannot avail the stair if you submitted the visiting card to lift operator. I have faced the problem today 10 AM when I have avail the stair for emergency sign before going to operation table of my wife. To spare the lift for emergency patient it is a very big problem to avail the stair for alternative. Because from reception they have hilariously instructed, you have to avail either lift or stair. Please look after this matter, because it's creating lot of problems in every day. πŸ™

And it is too hectic to bring a patient to another hospital again bring back to there. And the food is pathetic. Every patient experience a horrible food here. Only they can do is charge u a lot of money. My patient get discharge in morning since I have mediclaim it took alot of time to process and during that time they don't even take care of my patient. This is probably the best hospital facility you'll find in Bally-Uttarpara area. The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk from the Uttarpara station. The hospital is equipped with one of the best ICCU set-up which you can see in this district. Another good thing I noticed about this institution is its billing transparency.

Worst treatment and behaviour. They can only send you messages for every 5000 spent and that too is very fast. Otherwise they don't even know when their doctor is coming to visit. It is like a govt hospital where they treat you like they are doing it for free.

Most reviews here are fake, lacks basic infrastructure, doesn't have basic infrastructure. ( a COVID hospital prescribes HCRT but asks patients admitted to the hospital to get it done in some other place), charging absurd amounts to patient for 1.5KM ambulance. Hospital doesn't provide staffs with basic safety stuffs like gloves and ply mask but charges for N95 masks , gloves everyday to patient's bill. Visited during COVID, most in the reception was not wearing mask or gloves. There was no isolation facility covid patients were getting treated and admitted same area where older patients were treated. The same set of doctors works almost at 10-12 hospitals in and around Uttarpara, hardly the doctor have any time to speak with the patient's family.

I would thank the entire Team of We Care Nursing Home for providing tremendous services during pandemic situation. Many of my friends and relatives were admitted, who finally got completely cured and were released. The hospital bills were quite reasonable. Moreover, when we called for any assistance we received favourable reply from everyone of them irrespective of their designation and position. Really a good experience and hope to receive the same hospitality and treatment in coming days too. Best Wishes. God Bless you all.

I must appreciate their deep knowledge on Medical Science. I have admitted my sister in very critical condition. I surprised to observe she recovers beyond our expectations within 3days. She was however released within 10days. I can't forget in my life Dr. S. Saha's drive for recovering.

Good hospital. I get my 2nd covishield vaccine here. All things are smartly managed. But they are not accept digital mood of payment. Because of that I have to search for atm there and withdrawal money to pay for vaccine. And I don't like this. They also have to accept digital mood of payment in this covid pandemic.

The service WE CARE Hospital is providing in a small suburban area is just awesome. We understand the limitations of availability of doctors in some specific discipline but how they managed is really superb. Thank you Team WE CARE

Worst hospital I have ever visited. First I went for diet consultation, at that time doctor gave diet plan from google search. If you can't make patients diet chart then you are not a dietician. And second time i went for my mothers treatment. Bloody uneducated doctor checked wrong blood pressure and gave medicine, and after 3 days of taking that medicine my mom is now hospitalized in Sanjeevani. Never recommend this hospital. I wish I could give 0 star.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being a patient at WE CARE HOSPITAL UTTARPARA HOOGHLY To say that the staff's behavior was appalling would be an understatement. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that some of them had no regard for patient care or basic human decency. As I was being led to my room, I encountered a nurse who was openly complaining about her workload. She was loud and seemed exasperated with every request from patients. I couldn't help but feel like a burden rather than someone in need of medical attention. During my stay, I requested assistance from a nurse for pain management, and the response I received was shocking. The nurse rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh as if my pain was a nuisance to her. It was incredibly unprofessional and made me hesitant to ask for help again. The final straw was when I overheard two staff members gossiping about another patient's medical condition. They were discussing it openly in the hallway, violating any sense of patient confidentiality and privacy. In summary, the behavior of the staff at WE CARE HOSPITAL UTTARPARAHOOGHLY was disgraceful. It's disheartening to think that people in such a critical profession could be so callous and inconsiderate. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hospital to explore other options where patient care and professionalism are taken seriously.
