Its a good large size outlet 2 levels high, there is a beer and wine store inside the outlet, rest everything is pretty much same as you would get on a specers outlet, there is a fish and meat shop as well uncooked obviously. There is a cake outlet here as well. Clothes are pretty high priced. The chocolate section don't have any pre designed gift set, some giftset were there but they were beauty products and all. Overall a okish place to visit if you have to be on B T Road and have to spend couple of hours but don't expect killer deals or exclusive products.

Good Place with an assortment of lots of goods and food items. Has Maxx attached to it.. So, clothes can also be purchased if needed. Good Staff but there is usually lil queue in the billing counter.

Worst service, it seems all the staffs are new, they no nothing, even billing. One person is shouting for excess charging yesterday. I bought pajama, on the box it was written Large size but when I came home and tried to wear it was small size. Therefore I had to go to the mall again today for exchange. Who will pay for the petrol charges and time? Hope not to visit again.

Like all other Spencers around, with lot more space inside as well as parking space outside. Oh another thing, they are now having Booze outlets recently, so cheers!!

A regular customer there..all varieties of grocery items, food items, clothes and beauty essentials easily found here at a reasonable price. One can always find offers there.

Quite a good collection. Allmost a one stop sollution to everything. Luggage, electronics, staple goods, garments all are available here. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They certainly do their duty and always ready to come forward to help you out. Usually the place is not at all crowded. Prices are resonable as per the quality of the product. I will recommend this place to everyone. It has a good parking area too.

Well and clean.... Overall good... I went Spencers mall few days ago with my wifee @Rahanuma Dilkash....she simply entre into the mall and roundup the mall that time I am simply follow her....and at last she purchased a icecream 🍦...after that we both came outside the mall....

Yesterday 23rd July 2023 I visited this place and I needed the utmost necessary items so in spite of urgency still have I waited in line for a long time and reached the billing counter. The person who was billing has the worst behaviour with customers just for change. He tormented me for around 15 mins just for 1 rupee and just to neutralise the situation I gave him 10 rs and asked him to keep the change and give my items quickly then after all the arguments, drama and wasting my precious time (my 3-month-old was crying) he was giving me 9 rs from the counter itself. Worst mindset for a person who has to deal with customers with care. They don't care about customers at all in this branch. I had a happy day but this branch has ruined it for me and my family. I would never visit this branch I will surely tell my friends not to visit and ruin peace. I would request Spencer to take it seriously and train people working in this branch with some basic requirements of hospitality and customer care relationships

Spencer's Mall is the most Reliable and very delux mall I have ever seen. The mall is situated at Rathtala besides the BT. Road near Dakshineshwar. Every kind of thing is available in this mall. Also the maintenance of the hole, is too much good. For the good position place of this mall it gets too much rating. Fast food, hard and soft drinks, cloths, lady cloths, saris, Grossary, toys, electronics every thing is available. Also so so much SALE is available, like 40% to 90%. My visiting was too much good 👍👍. At all it's a good mall for shopping. And also products are available at cheapest rate. I like this mall.

Spencer rathtala super market is open open at 9 in morning and close in 11 at night. It's 2 minutes working distance from rathtala more. Best option for shop groceries, kitchen accessories, liquors and many more.

Rathtala outlet becoming a trash day by day. They literally sell those products which will expire in next 3 to 4 weeks. Specially the dairy section and bakery products and all.

worst experience ever they have small trail room and the customer don't even get proper time for his trail... I was just giving trail for some cloths the moment i entered in the trail room another customer came and knocking at the door continuously meanwhile i was just frustrated and came out from the trail room without giving the trail.... Worst experience worst service worst management...

Its one of the best retail stores in the vicinity It is big and contains a good variety of grocery items also it has a liquor section so that makes it even more interesting Located right next to the main BT road in rathtala makes it well accessible Also the home delivery options makes it lucrative

So far my experience is good. Big store. You can find plenty of items here to explore.

If any one going for their attraction over offers then you should wait for tight time... Otherwise taking groceries does not seems like getting profit compared to outside... Maggi, cookies, snacks, home appliances are mostly shown yearly offers....

Good place for daily groceries n all, but the best part is the liquor shop, they do keep good stocks of beer breezers white rums n all also they do have godd collection of wines as well👍

Few days ago I ordered few grocery items and fruits,in between one sales girl named Doli thakur informed me for not having one product in that, so I cancelled all product.As that girl asked me to wait 48hours for getting paid money back,now the time is over and I still not get money back.. I contact one ccm at Rathtala Spencer mall, and she provide me a no for online contact but no one received my call

Products are very good and various branded company's groceries are available with discounts.

One of the grandest Spencers outlet located. Has all the latest brands and stocks are good. Price is standard. There is a max outlet beside it.

This rating is fully on their online service.Previously had rated them 5 stars. But I had the worst experience later. Firstly, they charge extra than the mentioned price & no bill was provided for that. Secondly the delivery boys are extremely rude & promises to send bills through WhatsApp but never does.Third & most important they charged so much for the fish yet gave such worst cut fishes that I am never going to order again. It's not only about the amount but why will such a big brand behave in this most unprofessional manner. The customer support team is worst. App removed. Never ordering again

If giving no star would have been an option I would have done that. Today I went there to buy a breezer, a security guard asked me to get out because he somehow felt I am underage. When I confronted him he said that the the cashier told him to do so. Firstly if you have doubts you can ask me to show my ID in a humble manner, but they didn't do that. And moreover the woman at the cash was showing us attitude and behaved as if she doesn't care. The manager didn'tapologize. Being a citizen it is also my duty to abide by the law and I too encourage this policy but not the way they treated us. A brand like Spencer's need to work on their customer services and it is quite unexpected that a brand like that has no proper customer service. The staff behavior is horrible.

Went to Spencer's liquor store to buy a breezer. Was asked to leave quite rudely based on our appearance (note - we do look underage) by the security staff. Selling alcohol responsibly is understandable and absolutely necessary but since you are in hospitality management you need to master the art of resolving your doubts amicably. The staff could have politely asked for our IDs to confirm our age before selling and that would have been the correct way to deal with the situation. Never experienced this sort of rudeness at other Spencer's stores across the city. Even after the fiasco they didn't have the decency to apologize. Utterly disgusted and disappointed. Do educate your staff on customer relations.

Spencer's is good. Parking is an issue. If you park there you have to go to Spencer and then take your car elsewhere. You cannot combine the shopping in Spencer with work elsewhere. Not very convenient. Perhaps it's made only for residents and local people.

This store is now revamped. They have redesigned the floor plan... They have opened a new liquor store inside with ample options. Overall a nice store.

As usual like all other Spencer's Hypermarket this is also the larger variety 9f Spencer's brand around Belgharia just beside B. T. Road at Rathtala bus stop. This market is 2 storied, wher all households needs and total grocery and food items on the ground floor. Excellent collection of products with many colour and quality options available. Only cons I found here regularly is the most common for all Spencer's Hypermarket, is the delay and long que in the billing section. They should increase billing counters at peak hour.

They opened their new alcohol section... They have item and variety for grocery, daily wears, daily need stationary etc... only dtar deducted is for their staff behavior. They all seem too pre occupied in their own world

Nice place for one stop shopping... U will get almost everything here, from grocery to kitchen appliances, plastic chairs, door mat, ice creams, personal care and what not. Price is also reasonable... Everything in one place.

Good stock but the queue is too long. They should have more people for billing at cash counters. Overall it is good.
