Worst management. I have booked my vaccine slot, they did not maintain the time, staff attitude is very bad. Thye are creating gathering unnecessary,. This boy's behavior is very bad...

The behaviour of some front desk staff is very poor, post sale service is also horrible. Earlier I recommend others to use their service. But now their services are not up to the parameter. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE INJURED/POST OPERATIVE PATIENT. If you have enough time and have acceptability to accept wrong words/guidance can go there. We have taken service from them for my family and friends since it's beginning but now they are flying high from the ground Improving there service

This is a very nice dental clinic .Very professional doctor. Very clean and hygienic clinic. Doctors and staff are good and professional. I can say that if a person wants perfect dental treatment, they can definitely visit this clinic with their family.

Hi..today I have been to this clinic for ultrasound .. worst management , staff behaviour are extremely rude... Forcing the patient party to give the review in front of them ... unprofessional behaviour , other staffs easily entering USG room n ECG room when the examine is going on. Fans and as well as AC s are not working properly.. for show only reception area AC is fine... Inside every patient feel suffocated.. .. Please don't mis use the brand name like this... Barrackpore centre Apollo clinic is worthless ..not recommended to any one ..

Lack of professionalism in managing doctor’s appointments. Doctors often come late, from the clinic they don’t bother to inform you and as a result often waiting time is more than an hour. UPDATE: My recent experience has been better than past. On last two visits for doctor’s consultation, waiting time was not long. Hope this continues, thanks.

It's my first time visit in Apollo barrackpore for dental treatment by Dr. Monidipa and helping her was a competent nurse Molly( extraction). It went very smoothly without any complications.

Very bad experience. My mother is a diabetic patient, brought her to Apello for USG test, registered the day before... I was given a time of 9.30 am... We arrived on time... but waited till 12.30 pm. Mom couldn't get USG test though...Because it was not possible for mother to hold urine for that long.... they let at least 3 to 4 people in before us...after 3 hours of waiting we returned home without getting tested. 👎👎👎👎👎

My father visited this clinic today evening. The Dentist and the Staff is extremely rude & highly unprofessional. What is the use of visiting Apollo if the staff behaves like a roadside quack? If you can't treat a senior citizen with respect I can imagine how you guys treat other people. Very disappointed. Will never visit again.

I would recommend none to visit Apollo Clinic Barrackpore. Most of the staffs and some of the doctors have showed unprofessional code of conduct. My father and mother just have faced great humiliation from the clinic and doctor. We have been regular customer of this clinic particularly, but from now we would prefer to go other Apollo Clinics instead of Barrackpore one....

The WORST experience so far.We were given appointment at 11:00 am and had to wait for more than an hour.I had to miss my office meeting. The name of the person sitting on the front desk ( Abhijeet) was very harsh and rude .When I asked why is it taking so late ,he just replied that doctor is late and it's not his fault.He directly said you can take your money back .

Unprofessional behavior by the doctor who performed my usg... He literally went up and left for few minutes because he was angry at their own timing management..He was shouting on them infront of us even while performing his job.. Whatever be their problem was, he shouldn't behave in such an ill-mannered way infront of his patients and kept them waiting more (who already waited for hours to be there) ..

Barrackpore centre is NOT a NABL accrediated lab in spite of charging so much, why fooling people Only Few of Apollo clinic located in proper kolkata are NABL accrediated and rest are not NABL accrediated..this accrediation have been given per laboratory..

They act as if they are providing tickets for entry to a love park when in reality people standing on their counters are patients or are relatives of patients who could be suffering from anything mild to severe range of diseases. Radiologists are cool. And doctors do not belong to the community of Apollo. So no comments. Individually I've had interaction with a few and they were all good to me. This particular Apollo staff is poorly trained or not trained at all. I seldom give out reviews but had to provide one this time - when in an emergency they have rejected my call about 5-6 times.

Worst management from the staff from vaccine department,I booked a slot for my mother for covaxin they first told me the time would be from 12:30 plz wait take the slip and fill the details and no other information,I repeatedly asked the boy about the process but all of a sudden I saw My mother was amongst the last in the list though she was first in the que no information was given to us.The staff named bracket as other staff was calling him behaved very unprofessionally and when I protested he told you should have asked me when their staff has given me the information.plz tell the staff to behave properly atleast with the public and this guy named bracket or what should first learn how to behave properly.Finally I was left with no option to return without taking the vaccine from this worst place.

Lab tests are prepaid. But we have to go collect the reports. In this age of digitalisation why can't they send it through emails. I will have to wait till a Sunday ( which is my holiday) for the reports. I just wanted to consult with my physician who stays close by. But they wouldn't tell you the values of a simple test over phone. Plus the receptionist is awful. No manners at all.

Very very poor attitude of customer service desk. Wrong spelling given in money receipt, instantly informed but had to approach 4 times with different person for rectified print. Specially attitude of one lady staff present since morning to 12:40 pm is the worst, acting to be busy always and returning every time for a simple print. However rest of the facilities are good

Facilities are good, better than the rest in the same locality. But the staffs need more training, they are unaware of the various health checkup packages available there, and although they promised to mail the details, didnt receive any, even asking after three times.

The service is good, and different doctors are available for different medical fields/ ailments. But the waiting line was frustrating to sit through the last time I visited and I was the last in line so it took me close to 2.5hrs to complete my visit.

For CT Scan I’ll never recommend anyone …. Because of the doctor’s inaccurate observation surgeon got miss guided and my patient’s situation became critical…… I don’t think they even have respect and gratitude for the profession …..

Very nice hospitality, and helpful staffs,, I had a meeting and my laptop charge was dead but I could easily charge and sit there working as the appointment was slightly rescheduled.. Otherwise Apollo Barrackpore has many facilities which was not there in Dunlop branch

It was a nice and pleasant experience altogether.The Staff here are all so well mannered,kind,humble and respectful to not only Me and my Mom but also to the others as well..I am so glad having taken my Second dose of Covishield..Hope they keep the Legacy ongoing!😄Highly Recommended!

I went there for Annual Health check up. After the first x-ray test was done at this centre, their technician came and asked me to Rate them 5*. The tests and procedures were good but doctor did not devote any time for my consultation. He simply said that 'as per your tests please spend more time on sunlight and you have NAFLD symptoms' and it was all within less than 5 mins.

I have done my tmt from here.. They are good with great mind.. People who come to visit doctor please come here.. They are providing good doctors with great care.. The Nurses are frankly .Thank you

Doctors are good, but clinic management have no values for the patient valuable time....today my appointmemt booked for 5:40pm..now its 07:05 but am still waiting.....my advise dont waste your time...find another clinic...if u want to save your time.

The staff is extremely courteous and maintain a brisk pace of services. It is extremely helpful to have such range of services together at one place. The tests can be done readily, the doctors are good and the people make sure that you get the best service. Great place at wireless gate

The best clinic in Barrackpore and north 24Parganas. Diagnostics facilities are in house and cheaper compared to suraksha and Dr Lal. Around more than 50 doctors available in OPD throughout the week. Staff behaviour is very good. Overall deserve a 5 star rating.

We visit here regularly for various treatments. The service here is well oriented and the staffs and doctors are well mannered. The diagnostic facilities are well equiped and takes minimal time.

Take so much time for usg... The visiting time is over but till wait for 1 hr. Other wise it's good for every test.

Though I and my family are regular here with the home collection service and also I had my vaccination here but this is the first time I had done my TMT and ECG here under corporate scheme. So just wanted to share my experience, Service wise it was good, technician was very friendly and she made me relaxed at the first time and explained the whole process which was really helpful and also important at the same time. Thought it was time taking but I believe that is totally suffice the purpose. Lastly the time management and the environment could be better. Overall, I had a supportive experience and would love to continue taking service from here. Thanks.

The behaviour of the front desk Women's for Barrackpore Apollo Clinic is so harsh and annoying.They doesn't know how to talk to individuals.Minimum etiquettes is also not expected from their ends.Once they will provide you incorrect details,if asked twice they will simply shout.Please keep an eye else patients will report this issues definitely.It seems no proper assistance is provided to them how to simply behave with normal people.

From the fast courteous response of the employees at check in, to the timeliness with the technicians and the doctor was an overall pleasant experience. I was well cared for and felt the warmth from all staffs involved in my visit! The facilities were well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. I shall highly recommend “Apollo Barrackpore” at every opportunity. Great JOB !!!

Totally disappointed with service of nursers who are forcing patients to give reviews. This is nonsense job asked by managers. Very bad for brand image. I will never choose this barrackpore branch as my 1st priority for visit.

Machineries and experience about tests is good, but proper timing should be maintained and one thing disappointing the behaviour at the reception should be a bit more patient. Expected to get a better assistance at the reception 😕

Arrangements are good but staffs are not trained well. All medicines are not available in shop and you had to wait for a long time.

Me and my mom took covaxin first dose from here on september month. It was good and quick. The cost was 1480 which was more then what shown in the app while booking the slot. Otherwise service was good.

Vaccine arrangements are good. And the nurses giving the shots are also well trained! Go for it!

Third class service. People are so irrenaponsible.they don't know what is the importance of time. There is no meaning of booking the appointment. Avoid this clinic. If you are going there by thinking this is Apollo then this will be your biggest mistake. This is just a road side clinic. Better go to any other reputed hospital than this. I have wasted my entire day even after booking the perior appointment and travelled 60km to reach this hospital just in the name of Apollo. Very bad/poor service

Very good service. Polite staffs. Doctor R.N Sarkar was very good with friendly nature. 1 star deducted cause online appointment was not valid. One has to pre book appointment by calling or by walk in.

So far what I found the clinic is clean and staffs r good, friendly. Sometimes one might find the inconsistency between the time they arrived and the time they have been called. This solely depends on the billing time. At the end of the day, all are running their business.

Posting on behalf of my spouse Swati Ghosh.We normally book home collection of blood and service rendered in terms of puncuality,behavior is upto the mark. But report delivery takes a long time,we have to wait in a closed room with only 2 wall mounted fans and AC usually swithed off.Hope this will be resolved during my next visit. Thanks

Lot of WAITING TIME. *ADVISORY • ONLINE SLOT BOOKING should be available through online payment. •Consultaion period should be extended to 10 -12 days ( Can be an Emergency after 7 days) without CONSULTING FEE. • During Summer enough AIR CONDITIONER should be working for the Waiting area. ( It's there but not WORKING )

Came here for covid vaccination. They waste a lot of time. If you have a lot of time then only choose this place. Came here around 10:15 and they gave a form/ slip where basically your serial no. is allotted. After almost 2 hrs they call your no. but wait doesn't end there, they make you sit in another room. Again after waiting for 45 minutes they will call your name to again make you sit in next hall. After that they will vaccinate you. PS if you have earlier taken covaxin dose please add another 2 hrs as told by another user to me. One star for neatness and AC though.

Staff coordination is very bad. Doctor's timing is not fixed. The appointment keeps rescheduling. Having a very bad experience! Waiting with a patient for 3hrs is not normal! Who is going to be responsible if any happens? Only the disclaimer is shown thats in the scheduled message about the timing and our mouths are shut! Very disappointing from a brand like Apollo!!! I would request the management to look into it at the earliest! It's the issue of every patient here.. it's just .... not much people know which door to knock!

Service is good, however some my wife faced issue with Ms Partia Biswas during her 1st USG. The named radiologist was highly unprofessional.

The stuff of this clinic they don't know the timing when doctors arrive, about the booking. They gave us a different time, and when patient arrive in the premises, other stuff are informed the different time. Lots of hostes are there that totally useless, they didn't listening, just laughing. I spent money to take a healthy care, bt they don't care. Plz don't book ur slot in this clinic. There have lots of different place go there. Valger stuffs

Had a worst experience here. Absolutely worst radiology department. Went for a whole length spine x-ray and one of the report stated "(?) Malignant between L5 & S1 Vertebrae" . Was absolutely terrified with the report . Consulted my doctor and found out it was a typing mistake for ' Malalignment'. Had it been a typing mistake the question marks should have been missing. Such bizzare mistake is not expected from such a clinic. It was traumatic. The worst part was, the doctor from the radiology department had his signature on it. He didn't even bother to check his reports. Totally unprofessional.

The staffs are nice in terms of hospitality, they are respectful and courteous. The overall atmosphere in regards of cleanliness and comfort level is quite pleasant. The only thing is every visit will take atleast 2 hours of yours, just sitting and waiting for your appointment even though you're on time... I hope the overall process gets quicker.
