Horrible service....Unprofessional staffs... They are unaware about anything and have careless attitude... They harass people just taking too much time for anything that we want for service. Worst service.... sony's reputation is at stake....

Terrible staff that treat you like you're in a government office. They said that my headphones will be replaced within 10 days and it's been more than that, O haven't received a single message from their side. They took more than 45 minutes for a job that would take a NORMAL person 5 minutes. And of course there was unnecessary attitude as if they had some sorta power over us. Wouldn't recommend going here!

Very bad service. Customer has to seek information every time. No intimations were given by the service center.

Pathetic turn around time. They put every other work in the world on priority but not their professional work which is service repair. They don't deserve to be called authorised Sony service centre. Guys look for someone else and don't rely on this people. Better to get your device repaired from other Neosa branches

Sony's one of the best service center I have been found in kolkata (at Rasbihari Avenue).👍

I purchased a TV remote from Sony service centre at Shrirampore during August 23, The remote stop working well before 3 months time. They charged for it Rs2400/-. When I approach them to replace it they tried to establish that the remote was damaged due to battery leaking although battery was intact and no leaking sign was seen on them. They refused to replace. The remote mfg year was 2021 if noticed earlier I certainly would not accept it. Now purchased a remote online for a price of Rs400/- which is doing good.

I submitted my WF-1000XM3 Sony Earbuds for battery replacement. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The lady in the reception was very modest and gentle. They returned me the earbuds well within a week. I am very satisfied. Highly recommend.
