The best part is, they are very accomodating in terms of the clients need and requirements. They even take the onus of keeping regular touch with the clients on course of the trip to ensure quality and accurate service... I was looking for a peaceful & hassle free trip to Kalimpong and Darjeeling and The Getaway Holidays really helped me to make our trip a great success. They were very professional at the same time caring and accommodating about my requirements. I travelled with my 4 yr old kid and they make sure that I face no issues or problems with chk in & chk out in hotels. The hotels were really very good with proper view of Kanchenjunga. Very bad behavior of staff, bad services during total tour,, we almost miss the train because the miscommunication between the agent and tour operator. All members are suffering including children during the journey.
