First time i went to service there and really good survice from CAR CARE. the behavior and survice is all good. 7/10..

I am really upset with them. One of their staff ,Raja ,told that the part which was required for my ritz car was unavilable. But later one of the local mechanics solved it in just 1 day and gave me the gst purchase bill of the part. The car care guy emphasised on the changing the car instead of solving the problem. Really upset and my bill amount went in vain. They say that they are maruti suzuki authorised but astonishingly it was not available to them. If 0 star was an option I would have given 0. The problem of the car was mobile leaking into coolant.

Excellent service received from Car Care, Sodepur. I am fully satisfied with my WagonR paid service in all respect. Thanks a lot to the employees and technicians there, specially to Mr Prosen Das.

I feel the centre needs experienced supervisors who can properly guide his team for repairs.

I went for repairing the clutch which I thought needs immediate replacement. However the problem was solved by replacing one bush. BTW I was not so advised by a reputed MSC that returned my car owing to their preoccupiedness. The service advisor kindly pushed my car back since nothing other than 3rd and 4th gear was getting engaged. So I say at least the person who checked my car was a good mechanic and kind indeed!

Availing services of M/s Car Care since 2020 and every time it is an experience per excellance. My only suggestion is if Car Care could marginally increase stock holding of spares which would be of immense convenience to its client. Excellent expertise of technicians. Please keep it up.
