Unprofessional pathological staff, no system to manage serial of reporting as marking 1,2,3 giving small tokens or noting down names in notepad etc, calls everyone in same time for USG but as it involves urine pressure, patients should be informed to make arrangements & report in multiple time slot. Only the name is Apollo others everything is like buffalo

DO NOT VISIT Apollo Clinic Dunlop. Most Unprofessional behaviour by staff and Doctors. Inspite of having an appointment with Dr Suvan Das (Ortho) on 24th April 2022 at 1pm, the staff and the doctor made us wait for 1hour and then the doctor refused to come. When I asked to share the everyday schedule of the doctor they said that they don't have any schedule for any doctors prepared yet. DO NOT VISIT Apollo Clinic Dunlop.

Dentist Dr Sonu Kumar is very good am satisfied with my and my son's dental treatment. More over last week am effected a huge infection in my throat. Went to Apollo Clinic Dunlop for corporate master health check up. Physician was very reluctant to do checkup. He did not check any report and did not provide any prescription. The clinic did not provide the Chest Xray plate,the reports like height,weight,bp measurements. Experience was not good.

Her name is Suparna and she is just outstanding.. I have fear of needle but the way she took the sample, engaged me with some nice stories and the collection was done.. I did not even feel any pain or discomfort..

My family and I visited this place multiple times for my Dental checkup. Dr. Sayan Mandal really took good care of our case.He communicated with us during whole procedure to make sure we were okay and we were not in too much pain. I really recommend Dr. Sayan Mandal.

I went there for some blood tests, The front desk people have kept me waiting for over an hour without any reason .I requested to get test results via WhatsApp multiple times. That is also not done by them.I wouldn't recommend it for any simple test.

The most trustable, reliable clinic in Dunlop. Very clean, extremely helpfull staff. Doctors associated with this center are great. There is only 1 complaint that is about the medicine shop. We bought 5-6 strips of a costly medicine.Medicines were enclosed in small boxes. We found one box was only containing the document but not the medicine strip. We got back to the medicine shop to seek help. They denied any type of help. We cannot trust this shop they most probably do this with costly medicines and sell them outside may be not the company but the employees of the medicine shop are definitely corrupted.

Worst experience during USG ...waited for about one hour for the so called doctor.... Specially when it comes to USG for pregnancy he should know that it's impossible for a pregnant woman to hold urine for longer time. ANYWAYS , NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR USG SPECIALLY AND ALSO OVERPRICED ...THEY HAVE A TRAP TO GIVE YOU A PRIVILEGED CARD SO THAT YOU CAN COME HERE ONLY...BUT ITS A TRAP....DO NOT COME HERE...

Worst experience one ever have, on 10th Nov 2023 USG technicians misplaced patients prescription and blaming the patients. Such a useless staff they, started searching patients bag and humiliating patients. Atlast the prescription found from their desk. No Action has been taken by the management till now. My wife is 8.5 months pregnant and such kind of behaviour is never acceptable… I will be taking legal actions against such people. They also have the CCTV footage of this activity… This center is not recommended to anyone… The employees have never apologised against this humiliation!!! Utterly disappointed!!! Apollo should teach values and ethics to their employees!!!!

I had come here for my annual health check up. Process was very smooth but found the house keeping team lagging. Washroom did not have water and neither was clean on the first floor. Please check this. Rest all was a good experience.

My experience is very bad.... My blood test report is done by 21.06.23.... according to Apollo clinic report my TSH is high... I have doubt on their report... So I decide to recheck my blood report and tested again on 24.06.23 in anothers reputed pathology centre where my report is normal.... I'm shocked 😳.... I never ever suggest any body to go for any test in this place...

The staff that handle customer on call and what's app are very poor and unresponsive. I had to do a immidiate usg for which I have called them and messaged them a multiple times to get to know the time and they didn't respond. After multiple calls through out the day when they finally receive they informed the usg timming is over. This type of unresponsive and unprofessional staff is not at all expected from a reputated clinic like Apollo.

We visited dunlop apollo clinic on 17th Oct 2023 for blood test. Today it is 22nd. And blood spot continuously increasing and pain too. This is condition of my wifes hand. Attached image. Using thombofov cream 3-4 times each day. No progress and its increasing and pain too. Thinking to consult doctor for this. Who is responsible for this? For me when the lady was trying to take blood, She tried on my right hand 1st and after pushing the needle, no blood came and she started moving the needle right left top down to find the vain without taking it out. I saw this technique 1st time. Then she took it out and tried in another hand. Same did here again. 4-5 times move needle inside skin to get vain. I think she should take proper training before doing this works. Need to take care. Not sure about report. No option to verify that.

I was visited to Apollo clinic dunlop branch in last month for my cousin as she was recommended for few blood tests. But I was too much worried because she has a tremendous afraid of neddle. But thanks to Suparna, pathologist, she had been done a great job. The technique of her job was so good and painless. I wish Suparna will serve more couple of people with her good efforts.

It's my first experience in Dunlop Apollo ,,,Most lower class experience.... stuff,, especially receptionist.. their behaviour is most 3rd class. They all have some attitude problem and talking problems. Their priorities is one & only doctor,, not patient or customer. End of the service/process I'm never going back there again. I visited many centre of Apollo(including Hyderabad) but this is the worst experience.
