I would call this hotel as blessing in disguise. Very nearby from highway. Great stopover for anyone traveling from Bengaluru to Pune/Kolhapur. Hotel is newly constructed and they have kept the rooms very neat and tidy. Hope they continue to do so. Roshan at the reception is very courteous and kind. He helped by showing couple of rooms as per our requirements. Kudos to the entire team. Will be my permanent stopover place.

Stayed at Narmada Residency as a stop over on way to Mysore from Pune. Hotel is bit inside the city, one has to take a detour for approx 3 odd kms from highway. Basavraj made sure that he allocated a very comfortable and spacious room for us comprising of 4 members. Polite staff and fairly good for short stay. Stayed in this hotel on 22-Dec-23.

We had been to this hotel on 30th Sep'23 from Bangalore with family. It's been a great experience from the staff. They were really helpful. 1. Location was really good, and calm place 2. Room service was Awesome and Clean rooms 3. Food taste was Good 4. Service was Great. What do we need after a long journey.....We had a quality time in this hotel and Pleasant Stay...I would recommend this place.

Stayed one night on the way to gokarna. Stay was average. Beds were not great. Room was ok. Linenens were old and had stains on them.
