My
recent
experience
at
Trishul
Comforts
was
not
only
disappointing
but
also
raised
concerns
about
discriminatory
practices
and
aggressive
behavior.
When
my
wife
and
I,
along
with
our
married
friends
and
our
2-year-old
daughter,
arrived
at
the
hotel,
we
had
made
a
reservation
for
two
rooms
-
one
AC
room
and
one
non-AC
room.
Our
request
was
reasonable
and
aligned
with
our
comfort
and
convenience
needs.
However,
the
manager’s
response
shocked
us.
He
outright
refused
to
provide
us
with
two
rooms,
seemingly
on
the
grounds
of
morality.
It
was
absurd
that
he
disregarded
our
status
as
married
couples
and
the
fact
that
we
had
a
toddler
with
us.
To
make
matters
worse,
my
wife
was
unwell
and
experiencing
frequent
bouts
of
vomiting,
which
made
the
need
for
separate
rooms
even
more
crucial.
Despite
our
explanations,
the
manager
not
only
denied
our
request
but
also
shouted
at
us
when
we
asked
him
to
be
more
professional
and
considerate.
His
aggressive
behavior
added
to
our
distress
and
discomfort.
This
discriminatory
treatment,
coupled
with
the
manager’s
aggressive
conduct,
left
us
feeling
both
offended
and
humiliated.
It
is
entirely
unacceptable
for
any
establishment
to
make
judgments
based
on
personal
beliefs
and
deny
customers
their
rightful
accommodations,
especially
when
a
guest
is
unwell.
We
expected
a
professional
and
hospitable
experience
at
Trishul
Comforts,
but
instead,
we
were
met
with
prejudice
and
disrespect,
accompanied
by
unwarranted
aggression.
I
strongly
advise
potential
guests
to
think
twice
before
choosing
this
hotel.
Discrimination,
along
with
such
aggressive
behavior,
has
no
place
in
the
hospitality
industry,
and
Trishul
Comforts
has
unfortunately
demonstrated
a
complete
lack
of
professionalism,
understanding,
and
courtesy
that
is
detrimental
to
its
reputation.
