Adan is a very talented masseur. My experience with him was very direct as he listened to me describe my aches and pains from my shoulders through my back and my calf muscles including my neuropathic feet issues, before he began his magic. He chose a very soothing oil and applied it sparingly gradually and then liberally to smooth out every knot, every tendon and all those sore hip abductors. His hands were very warm and strong. The room had a pleasant atmosphere, the table was very comfortable the towels soft and clean. The music was perfect for a shiatsu. I have already scheduled the next appointment for after Christmas. I walked out feeling rejuvenated after my 1 hour massage. Highly recommend Adan for anyone searching for a holistic way to relieve chronic back pain and stress. Jeff Mundy

Great, deep tissue massage. I had a big problem with my it and hip flexor and he got right in there and worked it out. Just what I asked for. I am sure he can do a nice relaxation massage too, but that’s not what I wanted.

Having traveled around so many countries and visting countless spas, this was absolutely the best massage we've got so far, period. We randomly stumbled upon their massage services when in Merida and booked an appointment at their studio. It was on a quiet, dimly lit street with no sign boards and we were initially a bit skeptical. But they were quick to bring in 2 therapists and swiftly setup the place. As soon as they started the massage, we got a feeling of absolute bliss and all the stress from days of driving around melted away instantly, pushing us into a state of relaxed trance. The deep tissue massage was also very effective in removing all the knots and left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The price for the treatments was extremely reasonable compared to what was offered elsewhere in Merida. The only remark here would be to improve the restroom and shower facilities in their studio for the clients who'd like to visit their studio for the massage services.

Had Adàn in to our home for two massages and they were amazing. His deep tissue massage was definitely one of the best I've ever had. Wish I'd called him sooner as I feel I've been missing out by trying so many other spots and only getting mediocre treatments.
