Best place to see many cenotes all in one beautiful location. Don't pay for private tours from external company. Just go there on your own and they have tours, or see everything on your own. Underground cave tour is the best! Great for kids and babies!

Gorgeous place! My husband and I did the 4 cenotes and it was great. Easy to know where to go and do it yourself if you don’t want to have a guide. We got there at 915 and practically had the place to ourselves! It was getting busy when we left around noon. Totally worth the entrance fee!

Fantastic place. We took the cheapest package of only cenotes and it was absolutely worth it. There are 3 cenotes covered in cave with super clear water. 2 of them have depth of at least 5 meters in some places so snorkeling is highly recommended. There is great lighting so there are amazing views under water. 4th cenote is an open one where you can take sunbaths. There is plenty of space to rest in hammocks or chairs so it's a perfect place to spend a whole day.

So we did the guided tour and I'm a native English speaker but was in a group where the majority were Spanish speakers, which would normally be fine, but every spot we stopped in the caves the guide would explain everything in Spanish first and then the Spanish speakers got to all enter the water while we then had to wait while he explained in broken English about the caves. When he was done explaining we got like a minute to enjoy the water before we then had to move on. This continued for basically the whole tour. Once the tour was finished we had like four hours, which was more than enough to explore the caves by ourselves and it's absolutely beautiful. I really recommend going, just maybe skip the guided tour unless you're really interested in learning about cave formations.

I’m editing this review because I’ve gone to the cenote twice now. The first time we showed up in the late afternoon (3 pm) and were convinced to do the full cave (underground cenote) tour plus access to the four cenotes. I wish we had more time to swim in the cenotes, but the cave tour (with Henry—highly recommend) was really cool. There were only two other people in our group which was also nice. The price for the tour plus access to the cenotes was $75 USD more or less. You can skip the cave tour and just go swimming…but I’d recommend the cave! Unfortunately we only had time to visit 3 of the 4 open cenotes, my favorite one was Cenote #3 (the place closes at 5 pm hence only having time to visit 3 + the cave tour which took about an hour). On the second visit, our guide barely spoke to us. The water was high from rain and honestly seemed a little sketchy to be in the caves at that time.

Piece of heaven on earth! Highly professional service from entrance to the end of day, in a place of beauty, peace and history. We highly recommend taking the guided tour which will take you through all 5 cenotes, including a private time on the 5th and most heavenly. This includes lunch which was high end surely compared to what we've expected. The kids and all had a great time and we are so happy with the choice. Manuel was our guid and he was really great and kind !

Absolutely beautiful place :) 71 USD entrance fee for full tours (online booking). 1 underground river tour. You must see it. 1 snorkeling in private cenote with jumping site. 4 other cenotes. Really amazing guide and delicious lunch (appetizers, great fish and super coffee ice cream). We really enjoyed it :) Thanks guys

The best cenote place I went to and I have been to quite few. They have 4 cenotes open at the moment and they are all different. Some are completely covered, like a cave, some partly and some completely open. They have water caves and You can buy an hour tour, which is amazing and I highly recommend doing it. They have shop, lounge area, restaurant, lots of toilets around the park and You can literally spend all day there.

Woooow!! Hard to put in words or show in pictures what you can only see with your own eyes. Totally worth it, if you can, book the package with the 5 cenotes and the rio subterráneo. The food was good, the fish tacos and quesadillas were delicious. Excellent facilities, the restrooms were nice and clean, and good size lockers. I recommend you to arrive early and spend the day there.

The cenotes are definitely worth a visit and an official tour guide is necessary to visit them safely. The park is basic but they are working to protect the natural beauty and the staff and guides are first class.

I went for the basic package $33 USD for visiting 4 cenonte in the park (doesn’t include the large cave one) but it was okay because 2 are small caves anyway. Also, no tour guide with this package. I went around 11am and was not busy at all. All 4 cenotes are close and not a far walk. The park is beautiful, a jungle experience with wildlife! I had such a great time here. I spent 2.5 hours, but could easily spend 6+ if you wanted to. I would pack a drink and snack. There are small fish in the cenotes. You must wear a life jacket at all times. Kayaks are included. Bathrooms and rest places are convenient. Coati and lizards are in the jungle! I really enjoyed this park and highly recommend it!

100/10!! This place is beautiful! You're surrounded by nature. We did the underground cave exploring and I highly recommend it. It's about 45 minutes. Our guide Saul was very knowledgeable and made sure we were safe throughout the tour. Edit: forgot to include that the facilities were all well maintained and clean.

Beautiful cenotes, but not worth the crazy price. The only thing that was truly incredible was the cave guided tour. There was no place to buy food, since the restaurant was only reserved for groups that day. So if you don’t take the tour that includes lunch either bring your own food or you’ll be hungry (which they didn’t mention at the entrance).

Wonderful destination to visit cenotes. A lot of caves with water and beautiful places. My sons of 6 and 9 years old enjoyed swimming in closed caves as well as in open 9ne in jungles. Since this guided activity will take some hours it is good idea to start activity morning and to buy tickets with lunch in restoran (reservation online -10% for tourists and -20% for locals). Great personal and amazing ecopark. Place is quite pricely, but it worth money you pay.

Got the mid-level package, Magical Waters. We had a guided tour of all five cenotes, were given masks/snorkels/life vests. Learned a lot from our guide, Saul, who was really friendly. Lunch was fantastic, and we rested in the hammocks for an hour before returning to the cenotes to swim. We had a great time, saw lots of fish, took some amazing photos, and when we were ready to leave Oscar called up a taxi for us. 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area of Mexico.

Very beautiful cenotes! Our guide Giovanni was a pleasure to have with us, and was excited to tell us about all the geological formations, animals, plants, and anything else we wanted to know. If you only want to visit the cenotes themselves, the guided tour isn’t necessary, but doing the tour gives access to the caves and underground cenotes, which were the highlight of the visit! Amazing and well lit atmosphere underground was quite magical. Those who are claustrophobic may have trouble in sections, but as a tall person, I never had a problem, thanks to the helmet they give you to wear! The lunch that was included in the tour were some of the best fish tacos I’ve had. Also, we went on a Monday around noon, and almost had the place to ourselves! Was not busy. Overall an amazing time, and once again big thanks to Giovanni!

Amazing experience lead by a very friendly and patience tour guide. Took his time to explain everything in English and Spanish for all to understand. Cenotes were well maintained. This was a beautiful and enriching experience.

Fantastic cenotes and underground river. Tourguides asking several times on tip is destroying a lot of the nice atmosphere. To be mentioned that the tours are too expensive already.

Incredible place to spend the day at. During our visit there were 4 open cenotes, the biggest (and most beautiful) unfortunately closed. The facility is beautifuly maintained, bathrooms are large and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty. Price is quite high (35 us dollar) but this place is definitely worth visiting.

This was such an amazing experience. We debated spending the extra money doing the underground cave tour due to the cost. Let me tell you, it was well worth the money. Our tour guide, Emmanuel was excellent. We learned about Mayan culture, the animals and vegetation as well as the history of the people. To top it off, lunch was amazing and an absolute delight, especially after 10 days of all inclusive mediocre food. Thank you for the excellent day!

This place is amazing!! My wife, son and I went on Friday and it was the highlight of our Mexican vacation. The was a large group about ready to go out and the manager Oscar asked if we would like to get out before them and go on a more private tour. Of course we said yes and it didn't disappoint. Oscar has been there for 18 years and is so knowledgeable about everything in the underground river. It was about an hour private tour and then you have the rest of the day to enjoy the other cenotes. Even though we have done it once. We will be doing it again on our next visit to mexico.

This place was amazing! We were told to go early to avoid crowds, but ended up sleeping in and going in the afternoon. To our pleasant surprise, there were no crowds at all and we were often alone in the cenotes, which I loved bc I like to take an embarrassing amount of pictures and prefer to not have an audience. The staff was super polite and helpful. We also stopped in the cafe for guacamole and drinks before heading to the rest of the park and everything was delicious. Fantastic experience!

Probably one of my most favourite experiences during our trip to Playa del Carmen/Tulum. The facilities and service were excellent. We had the option to explore multiple cenotes from those in caves and also one in the open. We also enjoyed relaxing and enjoying lunch from the hammocks.

We took the ‘Four crossings’ package. All four of the Cenotes were stunning, good value for money! Would recommend this place to family/friends. The EcoPark was not busy or crowded, staff were friendly and helpful. The EcoPark was well maintained and there are lots of places to relax. There is lots of wildlife to see on top of the beautiful cave systems. 5/5 stars ⭐️

Awesome! The underground river and its caves are amazing. The guide was very friendly, had a lot of knowdledge and enthusiasm. In this place you can visit 5 cenotes, from completely closed ones to completely opened ones. I definitely recommend the guided tour with the underground river which is the jewel of the whole place. It might be a bit pricy but definately worth it!
