It is a good place to visit when you have a craving for pizza. The one who took our order was very courteous . I would have liked a faster delivery of food and spicy foods to be a little bit spicier. It was noon and we were the only customers there but it took quite some time for the pizza to reach our table. Just pointing out ...Dominos had faster delivery.

Place is good to hangout... Nice and clean.. But the menu seems lil overpriced when compared to other restaurants... Even similar places in Bangalore items are less priced and even we get good quantity...

Favorite pizza has always been one of my usual spot ever since 2020. I had dined in as well as had several takeouts most of the time. They serve the best pizzas in Kottayam. The ambience as well as service is also so good. I've tried their signature pizzas like Ala milano, Sorrento, Vezuvio, Polo di barbeque, pepperoni,Romano, Napoli and Emiliana. Among these Ala milano, Romano and Napoli is my all time favourite. Napoli is a must try. They have the details of the toppings used in their menu which is really helpful. I've also tried different steaks like beef steak with mushroom sauce, Chicken steak and Chicken in bbq sauce too. Among these Chicken in bbq sauce is a must try for those who like that smoky taste of bbq sauce. Their creme of chicken soup as well as ceaser salad were also really good. I also tried their banana smoothie and cold coffee. The quality of the food they provide is top notch. They have home delivery service in the locality which was really helpful for me. So for having a good experience and for trying good pizzas steaks burgers salads etc you should definitely give it a go. They have moderate parking space. The exact location is in Ettumanoor pala road, Near bypass.

I think I love this Pizza more than Dominos Pizza.Very tasty.The crust were very soft and hand made.toppings are fresh and tasty.Highly recommend.Will order in future.

This is a food joint which serves good pizza in terms of quality but the price range is a little too high. It's not that it's overpriced but for the place where it's located and for the ambience I think it's slightly overpriced. The staff seemed friendly and service was commentable. The place is well maintained and near. The shop is located on the first floor of the building

And non-veg. .. located about 400m from heart of Ettumanoor round about junction.. near to canara bank Ettumanoor.. nice lighting conditions and art work which mainly attracts young generations... I just LOVE them. I really would like to appreciate their effort. Customer service is great! Food is amazing and YUM! I love their Pastas and tiramisu too. Kind of addicted🤤. Just a big thanks to the chefs , delivery boys and everybody behind it .

We had been to Favourite Pizza many times. We had ordered and tasted different pizzas and each one is amazingly lip smacking 😋. They have a different delectable taste than the other popular brands. We would definitely like to taste other recipes when we next go there. Not to say, the ambience is alluring, and the staff and management are customer-friendly.

Organised a bridal shower party here. The hospitality was was absolutely delightful and the food was also amazing. They definitely made us feel at home and provided us with everything we needed. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

This is the second time I am buying pizza from this shop, I really love your pizza especially peri peri and Napoli pizza, but the cost of the pizza is very costly when compared to other restaurants. I know there is a price for quality but still charging 25rs additionally just for a paper box for parcel cannot be accepted after paying Rs808 including for modigi and vijayan sir!!😂😂. Talking about tax I noticed something else also, even after this huge rate of pizza mentioned in menu, when the bill arrives they are also charging addition tax of 5percent and writing in the bill with parcel charges. This activity makes a customer very sad and this can be seen in the customer feedback regarding the high cost pizza. To conclude try to occupy the parcel cost on your item price itself and mention the rate of items in menu including tax, This can make a customer not to feel bad or cheated, and continue as a happy customer of yours... Because when a customer orders a item from your menu he is ok to pay for the amounts mentioned in it. Even if there are some conditions apply mentioned in the menu. This is a view from my side.. You can also state your side of view and the merits and demerits of this practice.

I had ordered chef salad and it was good. The customer service and delivery were extremely praise worthy. It was delivered at the exact said time and the service was very polite. So definitely will order again soon.

Home delivery at the right time without any delay. Good and delicious food. Drinks are also very refreshing. Superior Quality. Highly Overpriced than other major pizza shops but it is worthy enough 👍. Customer service is satisfied. The dine in ambience is very calm and quiet. I love the way they present each dishes to the customer.

The food was nice. Pizzas were average but the salads were great. However waiters sneaked in items that were not ordered and added it to the bill. It was rude not to confirm the order properly, on the other hand the food was nice. If you dine here please ensure to order salads and keep an eye out for unnecessary additions or orders. Domino's pizzas win in terms of quality and taste, but here salads were great.

Very bad experience, got a live WORM We ordered a ROMANO BEEF PIZZA, while eating we got a live worm coming out of the pizza, we were really shocked even though the pizza taste good. We informed the authorities and they finally told it is from the chilly flakes.

So we went here with reference to the Favourite Pizza branch of Thiruvalla. Things we ordered. 1. Fried calamari: This was burnt, and the oil used for frying also tasted like it's old. 2. Burgers - Sunny Classica and Classica : The bun used to prepare the burger was some sort of sweet bun. I mean, how do you feel about a "sweet" taste in a beef burger. They placed a lettuce on top and bottom with the leaf stem. And finally, the beef patty. This too was burnt. The quantity of the burger as such when compared to the thiruvalla branch is not even half. This was the size of a burger that you usually get from KR Bakery for 10-15 percent of the price. 3. Caesar salad : This too had a distinct taste, which cried "I'm from freezer". 4. Vanilla Milkshake : This was the vanilla ice-cream mixed with milk. 5. Cold Coffee: This was better of the lot, but i can only give 3/5. Overall, my experience at this particular Franchise was sad and depressing. P.S. This could also be the result of the over expectation that I kept because of how good the Thiruvalla branch is.

Today again I tried Polo di bar be que pizza from Favourite Pizza in Ettumanoor, for my kid and it’s really mouthwatering……I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I took my first bite, whaaa…superb ..The taste was simply out of this world, surpassing all my expectations…. Delivery:- without any delay with proper packing I recommend Favourite pizza to all pizza lovers…must try 👌👌👌👌😋😋
