I stayed in Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala for two nights three days with my Hubby. It was an excellent experience for us. It is a meticulously maintained resort with beautiful ambience. The pool-side, the spa, the gym and ultimately the restaurant - all are unique. I will ever remember the caring services of Ms. Balvinder in the restaurant. Altogether it was a memorable visit.

Can’t praise this property and staff enough! Brilliant location, amazing food, polite and courteous staff, with mesmerizing views of the valley and Dharamshala stadium. Special mention to Abhishek Chavan who served and recommended is great food from the menu. He was extremely polite, courteous, and accommodations. Also a big shout out to the singers who sang during dinner time. Their melodies set the vibe. One of the best places to stay if you plan to visit Dharamshala

Resort is one of the best at Dharamshala. Our check-in was very smooth. We were late to reach at resort, they were continuously following up with us whether you need any help to reach the resort. When we reached, they were ready with room keys and people for luggage. It took hardly 5 min to do check in. Resort is on the small hill in the town. They have a golf cart to move inside resort as there is small slope. Resort is very much neat and clean and continuous cleaning work is going on. Rooms are quite spacious, king size bed and then also rooms look big. All rooms have balcony where in the morning you can sit and enjoy. Rooms are tastefully decorated with all facilities you can think of. Bed is very comfortable and good air-conditioning. Night was quite cold so AC was helpful to maintain temperature. Bathroom is of good size, with a heated mirror so in hot shower it doesn't get foggy. Many time we have taken dinner at the hotel only. They have good variety of cuisine like Indian, Italian, Chinese. Food quality and taste was quite good. They were ready to prepare dishes out of the way also when we requested some dishes which were not in menu. There F&B manager Mr. Dixit was a very helpful person, and ready to help out of the way also. When we asked him for some space for playing, he has opened their banquet hall without any hesitation. Mr. Abhishek the server was very quick and understood our requirement very well. We appreciate his service. In restaurant daily evening they have singer for entertainment. Singer was having good collection of old Hindi songs. One request, daily same singer and nearly same songs were there. It should be repeated in some day’s interval with some other entertainment programs as we stayed for 3 days and same songs were there all days. There breakfast was a wide spread. They have many varieties in there breakfast. North, South, continental everything was covered. They have amazing TEA. They boil the TEA and serve. So TEA lover were happy to have this TEA in this type of resort. Mr. Vishal was very helpful and prompt to serve us hot breakfast all the days. One day we have requested for Jalebi and Fafda of Gujrat style in breakfast. Chef was happy to accept the same. Next day they have served hot Jalebi and Fafda. There chef Swaroop who has made Fafda told us that for the first time they have made Fafda. We appreciate their willingness. Resort has a hot swimming pool where temperature is maintained. so you can enjoy the swimming with good view of the hill in cold weather also. they have some more games and activity room also but we have not used much. Overall resort is worth visiting.

Overall a wonderful experience at this property of Radisson. Rooms were good with large balconies, restaurant was amazing. Food was awesome.

Awesome location. Delicious food. Very courteous and friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. And beautifully landscaped property. Loved everything about the resort. We went in off season so there were very few guests. We almost had the whole property to ourselves. It was my son's birthday and the hotel arranged for a cake and decorated his room. It was a very sweet gesture by the hotel. The staff is very courteous. Servers Abhishek and Ajay made sure we were well taken care of during meal times. By the end of our 3 day stay, they even knew how we preferred our tea/coffee. Chef Pankaj's scrumptious preparations had us licking our fingers. All the food items were very delicious, be it at the buffet breakfast or dinner. We tried their local dishes like chicken and chana, we tried pizza, biryani and grilled chicken. Everything was super tasty. The rooms are extremely comfortable, well stocked and our room had a beautiful balcony where we spent hours over morning tea and sundowners. The resort has an infinity pool, gym and spa. Mostly frequented by cricketers during the season, the blocks are named after stadia.

Awesome place, Excellent hospitality, Great food. The rooms are lovely. Gym needs improvement, but overall great experience. A bit overpriced though. Some indoor games rooms for kids will add more value.

It's one of the best hotels I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. It's wonderful property located at foothills of Himalaya range, surrounded by breathtaking valley views. High quality rooms and high quality service made our stay beyond comfortable. Although every staff member I encountered, check- in to the kitchen staff were affectionate to serve, I want to mention Mr. Vishal Thakur and senior staff Mr. Vineet who were always there to attend.

I am mighty impressed with both Mr Ankur Dixit and his team, and Chef Pankaj and team. The biggest plus of your property are the people who work there. Impeccable service, and special mention for Paramjeet, Vishal,Manpreet and everyone who makes sure we get the best service.

One of the best property I ever visited....reason being...very cooperative staff ( kitchen and cleaning as well) Special to mention Mr. Aman really i would appreciate... As we were with small kids...and Aman ( kitchen/dinning staff) cooperation made us feel free... Thanks Radison Always keep rising
