Usually KFC Chicken is the best. But not sure why , KFC in GSM Mall is not that good. Visited the place a couple of times to provide the genuine review. This particular KFC Chicken is not crispy even though it's hot. I am an all-time fan of KFC Chicken but this KFC Chicken in GSM Mall is not up to the mark. They did not had straws. I was upset as they charge very high and they don't have straws. Dear KFC, Can you please maintain consistency on taste in every outlet. Also make sure you have all the items in stock when you are open. Thank you

First of all they don't enter your mobile number on the bill and sometimes they don't even give you a bill just give a token number slip. Second Most of the time Even after giving some instructions for deep fry they don't care, just give as regular. Third one, chicken will smell raw even after frying. Fourth is they have Missed multiple times giving regular dips. Please ask them to give a bill on your mobile number. And one more if you order online swiggy/Zomato they will pack liquids but for regular takeaways they don't. They just reply to this review please share all details will look into it, nothing they do. I think no difference of chicken 🍗 taste than any local dabas.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever visited!! Staff unprofessional… Card won’t be working…. They say Paytm money or Cash??? No cutlery provided… No dips given unless you ask for( even when dips are part of menu) If you are looking for crushers(Mojito etc…) your bad luck, they don’t serve any!! Hereafter I need to re-think to visit any KFC after this worst sort of experience… Good bye KFC!!

Ordered through Swiggy, Large biryani bucket with 2 chicken pieces , got only 1/4 of the small biryani with single chicken piece. Order came after 1:30 hours of booking and food is chilled

Worst service from KFC GSM Mall.. Serving as if for some Charity. No proper customer service, no Greeting, welcoming, And the food temperature is worst and the quality. And the store incharge Vinay Kumar Singh, a very inefficient person to be as an Incharge and the crew member too, no knowledge on the product and the prices.. Requesting the customers to look for other alternative in the Mall, and expecting an action from the KFC Management

(1) Ineffective staff. Very slow. (2) My order was dead cold. (3) Had to wait 20 mins to order technical issues with the ordering machine.Only one ordering machine is working. (4) No straws given for cold-drink. (5) Didn't accept QR payment. (6) Taste is just ok. Didn't at all feel like KFC except for the look. (7) Only 2 of staff members wore mask. Even the people who are seen making KFC behind aren't wearing masks..and dear KFC, you claim that your food is hygenic..wah wah ..

Not Recommended eat here as the food is not as expected in every outlet. I ordered hot & Crispy bucket and 3 medium pop corns nothing was tasty and they had provided very less in the medium popcorn box

This branch is doing some forgery. They don't give proper quantity based on the order as compared to other stores atleast as KFC located in Inorbit mall.

The food is just like any other KFC but the atmosphere is good, You have dine in options as well.

I had the worst experience with KFC! They've completely abandoned their walk-in customers in the mall and are only taking online orders. It's ridiculous to think that they won't serve food to people who actually come to the mall. The convenience of grabbing a quick meal is gone, and they've lost touch with their customers. Sometimes you get good quality items but most of the time you get less quality food items. This KFC usually will be very crowdy because it's inside the mall. Few of the quality issues: Overcooked chicken Crumbly old burger bun More than 35-45 minutes waiting time to serve the order

They are doing billing malpractices, Cross check item bill against ordered items and quantity. Ordered medium sized French fries, billed for large, received medium pack.

What ever U ask they will say not available including tissues(saying no stock)

Very worst behaviour…. Very very poor staff… I have cross checked the item availability and ordered hot wings. The person changed his word after payment telling that 10 minutes wait time. After waiting for 10 minutes and again saying to wait for 5 more minutes and it continued till 30 minutes. And in the end when we raise our voice they simply cancelled the order and return the money. How can they compensate the time.??? Worst people… not going to visit this store any more and any body visiting will end up in having some issues

I ordered COB HC 4 pieces and it’s not fried at all in 2 pieces..better to eat from other places…

Superb KFC also available for take out delivery from here , try once KFC it will be cost much more but anyway we have to try all types of foods and different experiences, so just try once the taste , then you will be decided it will sets for you or not, but i will say if it's sets don't addict for it , go on some times to take a much gap , to maintain your health at good condition, so I think this comment will help for you thank you for reading this comment and my experience.

I went here yesterday with the hope of a dish. But it was out of stock. This is an item that is being shown in ads, but I'm not sure why it's out of stock ! The store was not full, but the person taking the order did not turn up for some time to take order, and neither 😑 did anyone. It was a waste of time for me, and I had to go to another KFC when the item was out of stock. Wish there is a sign board or something to tell that an item is out of order.

This new branch of KFC in beeramguda has a very friendly staff who listen to ypu patiently and suggest you the best combos and offers best suitable to you. And the food was fresh and very delicious. I loved it

KFC. It was THE only Yummy popcorn chicken, Chicken boneless strips you get and enjoy every byte. I am not sure if this is only in Hyderabad, they are taking too many cost cuttings and short cuts to serve the worst of its kind. If you order here through swiggy, you are going to receive only half of your order. This happened to me two times I ordered here. You then have to fight with your swiggy support to get your money back. Not worth it. Instead visit this place and order at a far less cost compared to swiggy or zomato.

K2086 is my order 16 Sep 2021 Please carry wet tissues and clean tables yourself. Also eat whatever they serve regardless of your order guys.... Find below in detail my experience with KFC miyapur.... 1. We requested two drums [legs] in 4 pc hot and Crisp and the guy told it will take 10 mins for the drums to prepare. I said OK, however they didn't served even after 30 mins. It seems like, we should eat whatever they served 2. The kids chair is worst. Looks like they didn't clean for years. I cleaned the chair myself and saw the dust on wet tissue.... Oh my god.. Looking at the dust my interest towards eating gone..... 3. Also Mr Suraj [KFC serving boy] trying to adjust the kids chair hight but failed.. We had adjust it 4. Why can't you keep more kids chair?? 5. Dining Table not cleaning regularly.... Not sure we need carry wet tissues to clean the table. 6. Finally spoke with suresh (manager ) and requested him to maintain the premises clean from next time

We ordered a big 8 and a zinger box right now, we took takeaway , reached home and when we looked at it, we realised that we didn't get any Dip, dip was there in big 8 order. I asked again and again that everything is there or not, they promised there is everything I ordered. Now dips are missing, so disappointed about the service here. Please make improvements

Pathetic staff. Worst KFC in all my KFC experience. The staff does not provide the necessary items of the bill. If we are careless, they just take us for a ride. Gpay, card not working, only cash or paytm. It sounded weird post pandemic, since even street vendors have gpay QR code. Reckless responses from staff only aggrevated the situation.

Horrible experience in kfc gsm mall. Inexperienced staff they took more than 35 min for food preparation and there are no words to express how bad was food and pepsi was warm instead of cool and there is hardly any chicken in chicken burger 🍔

The chicken wings were good but the spicy burger was very ordinary. It doesnt suit KFC to sell less than ordinary stuff at cheap rates. Quality should be maintained.

Outstanding service. Ordered at 9:15 pm for delivery at 11:00 pm. After 11:00pm tried calling the restaurant several times but no response. In the end we did not receive our order and will ask for a refund the next day. Good service. Keep it up
