I
would
like
to
share
my
experience
and
leave
the
rest
to
readers,
it’s
a
bit
late
post
but
posting
anyway.
Me
and
my
sons
(4
&
7
yrs
old)
entered
at
12:45
on
2-Oct
,
I
took
half
an
hour
and
booked
1
hour
for
both
the
kids.
We
were
ready
at
1237
however
the
person
at
the
gate
told
to
wait
8
mins
to
enter.
We
entered
at
1245
,
I
was
with
kids
for
30
mins
and
let
them
play
for
remains
30
mins
for
them.
I
told
my
kids
to
continue
and
I
will
be
waiting
outside
.
I
also
informed
the
guard
at
the
entrance
that
I
will
be
waiting
in
the
waiting
area
and
my
2
kids
are
playing
inside.
At
13:40
I
told
the
guard
that
I
would
like
to
bring
my
2
sons
out,
however
he
did
not
allow
me
to
enter
and
told
they
themselves
will
bring
my
sons
out.
1342
my
elder
son
came
out
and
said
he
could
find
my
younger
one.
I
again
asked
the
guard
to
allow
me
to
enter
,
this
he
asked
the
photo
of
my
son
but
still
refused
my
entry.
I
had
to
raise
my
voice
to
get
in.
Me
and
my
wife
searched
the
entire
premises
for
30
mins
,
the
employee
there
never
bothered
to
help,
however
fellow
visitors
offered
to
find
my
son.
Finally
with
tears
streaming
down
our
face,
we
rushed
to
the
mall
entrance
knowing
our
son
was
sitting
quietly
playing
with
the
staff.
The
airborne
guards
were
so
careless
that
he
let
our
son
come
out
of
the
play
area
without
proper
lock
mechanism
.
It
was
shocking
to
know
that
the
guards
did
not
notice
my
son
coming
out
before
the
time
ends
and
he
wandered
around
in
the
nearby
food
court
thinking
we
will
be
there
not
noticing
us
in
the
waiting
area
outside
.
The
mall
security
noticing
him
standing
alone
crying,
had
taken
him
ground
floor
.
The
reception
help
desk
staff
was
very
kind
hearted
that
she
acted
swiftly,
speaking
to
him
in
soothing
tones,
assuring
my
son
that
everything
was
ok.
She
offered
him
a
doughnut
to
ease
his
confusion
and
anxiety
and
all
his
tears
turned
into
a
smile.
Till
the
end,
the
airborne
management
never
apologised
for
the
carelessness
they
had
for
putting
a
safety
of
a
child
at
risk.
They
were
more
interested
to
see
whose
fault
was
that
by
watching
the
cc
tv
footages
.
They
tried
to
blame
us
telling
that
it’s
our
responsibility
to
keep
a
continuous
watch
out
at
the
gate.
How
can
they
let
a
four
year
child
go
out
alone
without
handing
over
to
a
guardian??The
fact
that
a
child
could
wander
away
before
the
actual
time
ends
without
anyone
noticing
is
a
clear
indication
of
negligence
on
the
part
of
the
management
.The
lack
of
vigilance
and
immediate
response
to
such
a
situation
is
unacceptable
.
It
was
due
to
the
kindness
of
a
reception
staff
member
&mall
security
that
my
kid
was
found
safe
,
but
this
should
have
never
happened
in
the
first
place.
We
strongly
urge
the
management
to
take
immediate
action
to
improve
safety
and
security
at
the
play
area
keeping
in
mind
the
well
being
of
the
children
as
a
top
priority.
This
incident
is
a
serious
concern
and
I
hope
management
will
take
necessary
actions
for
the
better
.
