The staff is very supportive. Within 12 hrs we have received our test report as well. I'll recommend this. Price is little bit high but worth for their service and support. You don't need any followup calls.

Their tests are good enough for us. But their representatives need work ethic. Look at the attached pic taken on 26/01/22. That's the cleanliness they maintain just at their entrance. When asked, their response seemed irresponsible.

I had a very nice experience from the Perumbakkam branch which is close to the embassy. Eventhough I called them in the morning, they were kind enough to consider my request and allocated a person to collect the sample from my home.
