Compared to view points on other mountains not as impressive maybe, but still offers a great sunset and view. But the true beauty comes alive at night when you look over the plains of Chiittoor and see the lighting of villages and towns and highways while listening to the whirling wind gush through the trees. This place is named for it Gali meaning Wind and Banda meaning rock. Just name! Additionally there's a small pocket of mud in a nice cove, perfect to pitch your tent too!

Wonderful place but liquor bottles and glass pieces everywhere. Need a good check towards this. Now, parking is chargeable. Increased entry ticket rate aswell at beginning of the hill.

This is one of the very few places to visit in Horsley Hills. It is a rock facing view of the setting sun, and is a nice place. Accessibility score: one on five. There are stairs to go down, and the rock face is at various levels, which makes it impossible for persons using wheelchairs to reach this place. Persons with blindness can visit this place with assistance. The terrain is however difficult to navigate.
