This sunday eveing i went to this place. It's look like colonial bar. Good service Reasonable prices Nice road view from balcony tables Highly recommended for kandy visitors..

We went there again exactly 1 year after my first visit. This place is an OCD friendly place with happy staff and food to make us happy. One of our best places to visit in Kandy after a tiring train adventure or a hiking session. Love this place and will visit everytime we go to Kandy

1. Waiter forgot that we placed an order - I remind him it after 15 minutes of waiting and staring at each other - no sorry heard. 2. Curry we received was so far away from taste we know from other Indian places - probably bullion taste wasn't exactly why we expected. 3. When we changed a seat for the one outside waiter told us that it's reserved - after a minute to other tourist change a seat to this one and its was fine - not cool :(. One star for manager - he was super nice and polite.

There was 10 of us and not one of us likes our food. Poorly cooked and poorly tasted. The pub also entices you in by offering European drinks soda/alcohol and the only soda it had available was sprite and local beer. I only rate 2 star as the old man serving our table was really nice.

Visited as a group of four, not a single fish was correct. Ordered steak with vegetables got served steak and French fries x2.. asked about this and told it would take too long to make mashed potatoe. Two other orders were wrong too. Tasted good but random dishes

We had trouble getting past security to get into the bar. We were at first told it wasn't suitable for tourists. When we persuaded them we were OK we enjoyed a beer or two there. Basic cheerful locals bar with wide range of drinks and tasty snacks

Closed permanently I guessed. No life inside except a single security guard.

Good place. Not expensive when it compare to other palces. You can have a good time there. Food also delicious

Good place to have drinks and food

First time here and YOU have to go! It’s the coziest little spot with amazing food. The food here is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was excellent and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Food here was excellent, and a very cozy place in the heart of kandy. Has a wide variety of wines to choose from.

Dont go there.. almost awful. Even they ddont know the basic needs of lliquor which based on cocktails..🙄.. poor customer service

Amazing restaurant, the staff is soooo nice and the food is very tasty and fulfilling. Downstairs they have an unlimited buffet for a so cheap price. Highly recommended. I was attended by Prakash, friendly and welcoming, his service was incredible. Come check this place!!

Great price point for food and alcohol nice old style ambiance

Nice atmosphere, good beer, strong cocktails. Curry was good but no spice to it. The calypso band plays on Friday nights which is nice but make sure you pay attention when they perform for you otherwise they’ll be sad ::((

Improved a lot for past few years. Recommend for travelers to Kandy such as Solo and Friends. Not Recommend for family's to stay. Awesome food , Liquor and Beer. Very crowded throughout evenings.

Really bad service. Waiter mixed up the order 3 times. Took so long for a simple order. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Food was mediocre and took over and hour to come out. Our server had multiple tables come in after us that got their food, paid, and left before we saw silverware. We were one of two tables in the entire restaurant when we showed up. All of us ordered simple rice, chicken, or curry dishes that should’ve been done in 15 minutes max, maybe 30 if it was busy. All were underwhelming. Iced coffee was lukewarm at best with no ice. Avoid this spot if you’re a foreigner in Sri Lanka.

Food was really bad; the worst I've had in Sri Lanka so far. A tasteless Chicken curry which consisted of some small chunks of bony chicken which was mostly gristle, served alongside barely any sauce. The service was very slow as well. I wouldn't recommend it in the slightest.

Yesterday I had kottu from this place. It took hours to serve and yet the food right out from the fridge and not fresh at all. Soon as I tasted the food it was too salty and asked to cancel the take away order which was rejected by the cashier bcz of the POS system. However after informing then the food was bad the whole staff convinced us to bring a fresh plate from the same. Which took only 2 minutes to prepare. I wonder why it took soo long for the initial order btw. However, still the food was cold (just heated food from the fridge) and also they accepted to cancel the takeaway order which left me wondering how the POS system gas the cancelation option out of nowhere just after they being complained. This restaurant is a collective scam done by the service staff + the kitchen staff. I don't know how this exist with so many bad reviews
