We
are
traveling
in
a
group
of
5
people
+
dog
and
wanted
to
stay
with
friends
in
this
hotel,
we
stayed
in
3
rooms,
in
one
of
the
rooms
the
door
handle
was
not
stable
and
you
could
get
stuck
in
the
room,
I
told
the
hotel
owner
and
asked
him
to
fix
the
handle,
the
hotel
owner
started
to
show
me
how
to
open
and
close
the
door,
I
had
difficulties
and
said
that
this
is
not
the
normal
operation
of
the
handle.
I
asked
the
owner
for
another
key
so
the
door
could
be
opened
with
the
key,
the
owner
left
to
get
the
key
and
I
tried
to
open
and
close
the
door
his
way,
5/10
times
I
opened
and
closed
the
door,
it
was
quite
loud
but
there
was
no
one
else
in
the
hotel
except
me
and
my
friends,
at
the
moment
when
I
tried
to
open
and
close
the
door
the
owner
burst
into
the
room
and
started
shouting
very
loudly
and
aggressively
and
waving
his
hands
in
my
face.
He
was
yelling
that
I
was
crazy
and
that
I
was
breaking
his
door,
with
the
door
already
broken
and
not
working
properly,
instead
of
fixing
the
handle,
the
owner
was
yelling
at
me.
I
found
this
to
be
as
unprofessional
as
possible
and
also
not
human,
it
was
funny
that
the
owner
was
yelling
that
I
was
crazy
while
snapping
and
yelling
at
me
non
stop,
he
seemed
very
aggressive
and
not
adequate.
My
friends
and
I
left
immediately
to
another
lovely
hotel
where
people
behave
humanely.
I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
THE
MADMAN
HOTEL
TO
ANYONE!

lounge
very
nice,
conditions
of
rooms
3/5
star.
And
after
this
when
we
go
away,
owner
was
sorry,
but
itβs
not
doing
him
not
crazy.
